❖ This is to inform all the [Link] & [Link] 1st & 3rd Semester students that the form fill-up process
for Regular & Backlog(Only [Link]) subjects for the ensuing [Link] & [Link] 1st & 3rd Semester
Examination 2023-24 is going to be held from 4th January 2024 as per the given schedule.

❖ Students will have to specify their ELECTIVE PAPERS (Paper code and Paper name) carefully.
❖ At the time of submitting the forms to the college, the students have to show the ‘No-dues
certificate’ & the ‘Receipt of the payment of Fee’. No student will be allowed to submit the form
without the documents mentioned above.
• Deposit your examination fee Rs.1200/- (One Thousand and Two Hundred only) for Regular and
Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) for Backlog per semester through ECS/NEFT, recognized Debit
or Credit Cards in addition to A/c payee Demand Draft (DD) of any nationalized bank in favour of
“Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College”, payable at Danguajhar.

[Students are hereby informed to check their total dues from the cash section
before paying their fees]
