and agents in small towns. Inspired by the vision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,
and through the efforts of Tribhuvandas Patel and Dr. Kurien, Amul became a
symbol of the Indian cooperative movement.Today, Amul is not just a dairy
brand—it represents self-reliance, rural empowerment, and quality
assurance. It is the largest dairy brand in India and one of the biggest in the
world.
