Once upon a time there lived a kind hearted girl named Maya. Maya loved animals and
spent most of her time taking care of the stray cats and dogs in her neighbourhood. Every
day after school, she would bring them food and water.
One rainy day, Maya found a little kitten shivering under a tree. It looked scared and
hungry. Maya gently picked up the kitten and brought it home. She dried it with a towel
and gave it some warm milk. The kitten curled up in a cozy corner and fell asleep.
Maya named the kitten Lucky. She took care of Lucky with love and patience. Soon,
Lucky grew strong and playful. Maya taught Lucky to use a litter box and play with toys.
One day, Maya heard about a pet adoption event in the village. She decided to take
Lucky there so that Lucky could find a loving family. Many people admired Lucky's soft
fur and playful nature. Finally, a kind family with two children fell in love with Lucky
and decided to adopt him. Maya felt happy that Lucky would have a new home where
he would be loved and cared for.
