RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO ENROLL IN THE LANDBANK INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET


BANKING
“WEACCESS” WITH ACIC UPLOADING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION MODULE.

NOW THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Sangguniang in regular session to AUTHORIZE


as it hereby
AUTHORIZES Punong Barangay Bienvinido B. Villarino Jr. and Barangay Treasurer Haide
D. Martin to
The following:

1. Subscribe to the Landbank of the Philippines’ (LBP’s) internet banking facility


known as
“WeAccess” with the ACIC Uploading and Account Information Module; and

2. Designate authorized signatory to enroll and designate authorized user/s in the


LANDBANK
WeAccess. Thus, authorizing Punong Barangay Bienvinido B. Villarino Jr. as
Authorizer and
Barangay Treasurer Haide D. Martin as Maker,

NOW THEREFORE, as it is hereby Resolved, authorizing Punong Barangay Bienvinido


B. Villarino Jr.
and Barangay Treasurer Haide D. Martin to:
a. Execute/sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBP’s “WeAccess”;

b. Designate/authorize personnel to act as “maker” and “authorizer” for the

information on
the original and succeeding enrollments.

And that the same hereby confirmed and ratified;

THAT, this is an addendum to the signatories of the submitted resolution for account
opening;

Resolved finally, to furnish copies of this Resolution all concerned for their
information and appropriate
action.
