i. PRE-LESSON (6 min.) : 1. Pupils recapitulate the previously learnt Miming instructions


and mime the actions.
ii. LESSON DEVELOPMENT : 1. Teacher guides pupils to look at the sample poster and study
the steps.
(49 min.)
2. Pupils divide the poster into half with Primary colours and
Secondary parts.
3. Pupils draw different objects on the poster and name them
correctly (or they can cut, colour and paste the pictures
prepared). Each of them should be in different colours.
Teacher monitors performance.
4. Pupils make sure all the school objects are covered and point
to each picture and say the word, followed by phrase “It’s a
(colour) (object)” and a full sentence “This is my ____. It is
____ and ____.” Then, the whole class responds, ”Wow, a
(colour) (object)!”.
iii. POST-LESSON (5 min.) : 1. Pupils play the chain connection game. One pupil say one
object, then the others continue with adding more objects until
the entire poster is mentioned. “There’s a red book, a green
pencil and a blue pen.” Teacher gives positive reinforcement.
