Lemon water(1 glass) with 1/4th tsp grated ginger with 1 teaspoon honey
Early-Morning OR
Green tea(1 cup) with 1 tsp honey
Oats with Apple smoothie(oats 25g oats + 1 apple+ 100ml low fat milk
Egg omlette(2 Egg whites)+ 1 tsp oil
Breakfast OR
Egg Dosa(2) + 2 tbsp chutney
Fruit bowl
Mid-morning Diluted Buttermilk (1 glass) with 1 tsp chia seeds
Vegetable salad(1 bowl)avg of grp B vegetables
Phulka(1)
Lunch Vegetable curry(1 cup),group C vegetables
Low fat curd(1/2 cup)
Boiled Mung (1 cup)
Snack Almonds(4)
Walnuts(1)
Vegetable soup(1 bowl)(1 cup veggies + 1/2 tsp oil) grp c vegetables
Dinner Grilled Chicken breast(65g chicken) + 1/2 tsp oil

Bed Time Jeera water (1 glass) 1 tsp Jeera
