Dear consulate general of Sri lanka,

I am Zuha Fazly from Sri Lanka,I am 17 years old. I came to Dubai with my
dad at 2022 February and was enrolled in GBS (global business studies) for business management
diploma for 6 months. My father stayed with me in Dubai for a week and he found me a room in al
barsha near my college. GBS is located in internet city. After I finish my studies I visited my country to
stay with my parents and studying for a pilot is my dream and passion. I left my country with high school
qualification in Oder to find a perfect flying school for me. Since I just completed my high school, I was
required to do a course. I choose business management because later on I will have the opportunity to
help my father in his business. I went to Sri Lanka on July 2022, and I was searching for a flying school in
UAE meanwhile waiting for my business management course diploma.

I found jet stream aviation academy from google in UAE. I contacted them
through email and WhatsApp and I got a chance to talk to a captain named Mr. Costas in this college.
And he introduced me to college and explained me the criteria and requirements to enroll. I asked him
for a contact of a student who is already enrolled and flying in jet stream to get more details and to know
about their experience. He introduced me to a girl named jawaher al jasmi from UAE. jawaher al jasmi
from jet stream aviation. I got her contact from captain costas of jetstream aviation academy. I started to
talk to jawaher and asked about the college and the experience from her side. She replied me all good
and fine. And we started to talk very well and she questioned about me and my family and what did u
study. And after some weeks jawaher told me she will help me to get visa to Greece from her side and
she asked money from me to pay for my visa and embassy. I send her cash and I trusted her words
because my parents doesn’t speak English and I didn’t have anyone to support [Link] she said she will
help me I send her cash to get me visa to Greece. Jet stream aviation academy has its branch in Dubai.
The main branch is in Greece. So jawaher told she will help me to get visa and she asked cash for that. I
paid her. I paid her totally 4295.27 and for my visa from Greece. She told me she already applied and
asked me to wait. And I asked her for the papers and receipts but she said its all online payment so I
couldn’t get the receipts and for the papers you can take it from your embassy when u fly here. I agreed
and as she told me I was waiting for her reply.

After some days she told me its not working I will come to Dubai and take
you. And I asked her I still didn’t find a room to stay so give me some time to come, but she told me she’s
flying to dubai soon and she ask me to come to her home and stay with her and she will also help me in
my studies And she asked me to come to Dubai, as she told I came to Dubai back and she asked me you
have to do a medical for a pilot before joining aviation school.i asked her how much it would be and she
replied me it would be around 11 000 aed and in GMC clinic. And she told don’t do from there its very
expensive and I know someone who knows to do this and its cheap and I agreed. She took me to al
barsha hospital and she said to pay there 2000 dirham for registration and she gave me a picture for
proof She gave me this and told me it is 2000 aed and asked me to pay and I paid her and once i paid her
she neglected to give me the receipt saying this is registration fee for the medical. Then she asked me
3000 aed to make the pilot class 1 medical for my college. When I go to check this paper I found out it
was fake one. And she cheated on me later on. Then she asked me to apply visa to Greece from Dubai by
myself and I applied through visa guy( online website to get an appointment to Vfs in Abu Dhabi). I
spend around 3000 aed in this and she gave me a letter mentioning she will be my sponsor because I
cant fly alone because of my age, I was 17 years old After some days my visa got rejected. And jawaher
told there is an aircraft race/ program in Abu Dhabi and she told me to pay 1700 aed. And I paid her but
she said she has some works and she didn’t take me and I ask to repay my money but she said its
refundable.

After some days she told me there’s more cheaper colleges in Greece to study
for aviation. then she said I have to do some entry exams to pass and she send me some papers to pay
cash again and this college she introduce me was Global aviation college in Greece. Totally I paid her
5200 aed for this exams. Then she told me I have to take an insurance which is for pilots of Greece from
global aviation to get you a visa and she told me that insurance cost of 30,000 aed and she asked me to
pay but I said I doesn’t have cash so lets stop for sometimes I will collect cash but she said no don’t stop
and she forced me to pay her while she spoke manipulating me and mentally abusing me.I said no lets
wait for my father to send cash but she forced me to pay for the insurance. Last time when she took
money for the exam from me she didn’t let me do it she said I will fail so she will do my exam so I will
pass. Every time I pay her for the exam but she doesn’t let me do. But she forced me to pay her 30,000
aed she was really pressuring me until I pay. She abused me saying I am your sponsor for your studies so
don’t play with me pay the money and I paid her this cash 30,000 aed. And she said it has to be paid to a
person named dmitrios from Greece.

Then she told me since my visa is getting rejected again and again she will go to
Greece to enroll me in global aviation academy and I said no I must go to Greece but she was forcing me
to tell her okay to go Greece and entrollme for that she asked 16,000 aed from me and she was really
abusing me telling that I have to pay for her hotel because she’s going for my work and its not her
responsibility she was making me sick and she doesn’t let me sleep whole night and she kept me in
hunger until I accepted her words and she pressured me, I couldn’t speak or explain my situation to
anyone because jawaher use my mobile and she knows my passwords so she grab my mobile away and
she doesn’t let me use it. and I gave her 16,000 aed in al barsha mall to her to go to Greece for [Link]
she go there she said she applied for my visa and she registered me in global aviation college and all but
when I ask her for the papers she said its all online and I can’t get a paper and I was fighting with her
telling jawaher my father is asking for the papers and she send me just one paper. I called to the college
because I had a doubt on her and when I spoke to them I got to know I am not even registered in that
college. And when she come back from Greece we had a miss-understanding I was fighting with her to
give my receipts and my papers but she didn’t she was abusing and pressuring me more which made me
doubt on her more. I asked for receipts and she didn’t give me she said she can’t because its all online
payment. Instead she asked we can apply for the visa one more Time and she asked 5000 aed for the
visa. And she took me to Abu Dhabi embassy of Greece but she didn’t let me go with her inside she said
don’t come inside I will speak to them and when she came up she said all done and she paid them and
she gave me some papers. And for this she took 5000aed from me . Then she started to abuse me more
day by day to day but until now she didn’t give me any papers from college or any receipts for the cash I
gave her.

Personal message ; from day one I noticed she didn’t let me go out alone or she didn’t let me speak to
any people or friends then she got to know about me more and she started to play her game with me
acting like she’s really kind with me, when I refuse to give her cash she verbally abuse me and torture me
until I agree that I will pay her cash. One time I left my iPad in her home and she went through my
message with my friend and she blackmailed me with police telling that I told a bad word to her. Just she
went to police station to make this complain on me to make me afraid of [Link] night 17 th of may 2023
the police men keep in station until 3am in the morning alone. I also found out she lied to me that she’s
currently working on emirates as trainee but I found out that she’s sill studying with jet stream clearing
her exams. So until now I have paid for her studies!

I found another sharing room in al rigga and moved to that place because I couldn’t bare the pressure
and torture she gave me to pay her more and more cash. I was all alone and i went to near by police
station (murragabat police station) on april and gave a case on her for cheating me and abusing me. Case
number 6535 and 2580. But they told me since the incident happened in al barsha we have to transfer
the case to al barsha police station. Then the other day jawaher went to the police station and gave a
complaint on me saying that i told her a bad word and made the police give me a travel ban. I was
staying on a visit visa and i keep renewing it. Later on after the ban I couldn’t remew it or travel and the
agent who gave the visa had to put absconding on me and i had to pay him 3000 aed. When i go to
inquire the case with police they said jawaher has a case on you saying I steel her uniform of jetsream
from her, but she was the one who gave me that to me and said show to your parents if they are asking
proof from you. I went to take a new class one medical for myself for aviation and it was just 2000 aed
even with it she cheated me. I took this medical from gmc clinic in jumeirah to continue my studies in
[Link] medical was taken by me on may 11th from gmc clinic jumeirah.

Right now i have a case which is been there for one year now and i have a travel ban with it for a year
and i couldn’t visit my parents and i have been spending alot since iam 18 years old I couldn’t work or do
anything with this case. I need a legal support to get the cash back from jawaher al jasmi, I have given
her 80,000 aed and i will provide every voice records and fake documents she has given to me and i
request the consulate general of sri lanka or foreign ministry.
