Check-In:

 Airline Staff: Good morning.


 Paul: Good morning, sir. Would like to check in?
 Airline Staff: Sure, may I see your passport and ticket, sir?
 Paul: Sure, here you are.
 Airline Staff: I have seen your information, you are flying to Canada today.
 Paul: Yeah, this is my first flight, I have never flown before.
 Airline Staff: Really? You will enjoy this journey with us. How many bags do you
have for checking?
 Paul: I have just one bag.
 Airline Staff: Could you please put your bag on the conveyor belt, that would be
great.
 Paul: Yeah, sure.
 Airline Staff: Your bag weighs 25 kilograms, that is fine.
 Airline Staff: How many bags are you carrying on with you?
 Paul: Just one, there is my laptop in it.
 Airline Staff: It is fine, you can take it on the plane with you.
 Paul: Really? That is awesome.
 Airline Staff: Would you like to take a window seat or aisle seat?
 Paul: A window seat, please. I would like to see the outside view on the plane.
 Airline Staff: Sure sir, here is your boarding pass, ticket, and passport.
 Paul: Thank you.
 Airline Staff: You will be boarding at gate 23 at 10:30.
 Paul: Gate 23 at 10:30, got it. Where should I go next?
 Airline Staff: You will go through security check next, take the escalator and go
upstairs.
 Paul: Where is the escalator?
 Airline Staff: Go straight and turn right, sir.
 Paul: Thanks.
 Airline Staff: You are welcome, have a nice journey, sir.

Security Check:

 Security Staff 1: You have keys in your pocket.


 Paul: Sorry, I forgot to take them out.
 Security Staff 1: Fine, walk through this scanner again. Now you can take your items
and ready to go.
 Security Staff 2: Hello.
 Paul: Hello.
 Security Staff 2: Please take out money and keys from your pockets.
 Paul: Money and keys?
 Security Staff 2: Yes, and your laptop as well. Don't worry, you can take your items
later.
 Paul: Okay, got it.
 Security Staff 2: Put your items in this yellow bin, now walk through this scanner.
 Security Staff 2: Take your items and wait in the waiting hall, you will be boarding
in 10 minutes.

Boarding:

 Gate Agent: May I have your attention, please? Mr. Paul, ticket number 4759, please
proceed to the gate number 23.
 Paul: This is my gate, number 23. I should hurry up.
 Gate Agent: Mr. Paul, may I see your boarding pass?
 Paul: Here you go.
 Gate Agent: Walk through this tunnel, it will take you directly to the plane.

On the Plane:

 Captain: This is your captain speaking, we are about to take off, please fasten your
seat belt.
 Flight Attendant: Hello sir, what would you like to have?
 Paul: What do you have?
 Flight Attendant: We have noodles, a chicken salad, and sizzler rice.
 Paul: I will have noodles, please. And what about drinks?
 Flight Attendant: We have coffee, tea, water, and mango juice.
 Paul: Mango juice, please.
 Flight Attendant: Here you go.
Arrival and Customs:

 Customs Officer: Good evening.


 Paul: Good evening, sir.
 Customs Officer: May I see your passport and ticket, please?
 Paul: Here you go.
 Customs Officer: Could you please tell me your full name and age?
 Paul: My name is Paul Steve, I'm 24 years old.
 Customs Officer: What do you do?
 Paul: I am a student, I study English.
 Customs Officer: What is the purpose of your visit here?
 Paul: I will be visiting my uncle, he lives here in Toronto.
 Customs Officer: How long will you be staying here?
 Paul: About a month.
 Customs Officer: And where will you be staying?
 Paul: I will be staying with my uncle.
 Customs Officer: When will you be going back?
 Paul: I will be going back after one month, on Monday.
 Customs Officer: Fine, do you have anything to declare? Sorry about that, I did not
get you. Do you have any valuable things?
 Paul: No, I don't.
 Customs Officer: Fine, here is your passport and ticket. Welcome to Canada!
 Paul: Thanks.

Luggage Claim:

 Paul: Excuse me, can you please tell me where can I get my baggage?
 Airport Staff: The baggage claims section is over there, you can get your baggage
there.
 Paul: Thanks.
