JOB OPPORTUNITIES (MANAGERS AND PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS)

Partners in Hope (PIH) is a faith-based Malawian Non-Governmental organization that was established in 2004
to offer equitable health services and founded on robust commitment to support National HIV and AIDS
response in Malawi. PIH has a medical center that operates a general outpatient clinic; inpatient wards; as well
as a public HIV- focused Moyo Outpatient Centre of Excellence. PIH is incorporated under the provisions of
Trustees Incorporation Act, 1962, in Malawi. With a Program Award under Cooperative Agreement No:
72061221CA00010 “Client-Oriented Response for HIV Epidemic Control (CORE -1) Activity Component
One (1)” by the United States of America PEPFAR through USAID, PIH supports HIV Care and Treatment
implementation in 123 Ministry of Health, CHAM and Private health facilities in 9 districts across Malawi
(Mulanje, Chikwawa, Lilongwe Nsanje, Dowa, Kasungu, Nkhotakota, Karonga, and Chitipa. Under the CORE
1 Cooperative Agreement, PIH is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to be deployed in various
districts across Malawi in the following positions:

1. PROGRAM MANAGER (4 POSITIONS)

Location: Lilongwe (PIH Central Office)


Reports to: Senior Programs Manager
Responsible for: District Program Coordinator/District Program Officer
Position Summary
The Program Manager will work directly with the district PIH staff overseeing PIH - CORE 1 interventions in
supported districts aimed at meeting the UNAIDS 95-95-95 treatment cascade targets for HIV testing,
treatment continuity, viral load suppression and TB.
In addition to this, he/she will contribute technical expertise to MOH’s HIV program on several service
delivery areas including Viral Load monitoring and management, Differentiated Service Delivery models,
Treatment Continuity and Mental Health, Pediatric HIV and implementation of TB/HIV and HIV testing and
Prevention.
He/She provides technical support to the Research and Implementation Science Department within PIH in all
HIV care related operational rapid assessments. The position will work closely with the Clinical Director/HIV
Care and Treatment Technical Advisor, M&E Director, Senior Programs Manager and other Program
Managers and will help to strategize, develop and coordinate a variety of programmatic tasks within the HIV
Programming.
Primary Responsibilities
a. Oversees and supervises district program implementation in all focus areas: case finding, treatment
continuity and, DSDs, viral suppression and service integration.
b. Provide overall oversight for implementing components of the HIV Care and Treatment Program
based in supported districts. This includes:
c. Provide guidance on capacity building through mentorship and coaching approaches in line with
MOH Implementing Partner implementation framework.
d. Provide support to MOH in developing Mentorship guidelines, SOPs and training curriculum
including facilitation of mentorship trainings.
e. Collaborate with M&E team in designing and implementing the entire HIV cascade M&E system.
Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s degree in a health-related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in managing similar activities in the private or public health
sector, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

2. M&E SPECIALIST (3 POSITIONS)

Location: Lilongwe (PIH Central Office)


Report to: M&E Director

Position 1 - M&E Specialist (Analytics & Visualizations)

Position Summary
The M&E Specialist (Analytics & Visualizations) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of
program M&E activities. He/she will also be responsible in developing and maintaining program
Management Information Systems (MIS), data colllection and analysis of different data in relation to the
Program activities.

Primary Responsibilities
a. Supporting the development of the M&E system in line with donor and Ministry of Health
requirements and needs of the Program,
b. Elaborating piloting and validating quantitative and qualitative monitoring tools as well as design the
corresponding data collection procedures and leading efforts in reviewing existing evaluation
approach
c. Promoting more rigorous and impact-oriented evaluation design and use of evaluation results
d. Coordinate application of monitoring tools to track program performance in line with the M&E Plan
e. Lead the collection, synthesis and analysis of quantitative data as well as qualitative data on all
program inputs, outputs and outcomes
f. Compile and publish quantitative and qualitative monitoring results in visually attractive monitoring
reports for internal and external audiences
g. Provide guidance to District M&E Officers on key M&E activities including data collection and
analysis, and to ensure timely completion of these activities
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree qualification in a relevant discipline including public health, development studies,
demography, international relations, business management, sociology, public administration, or social
science fields is required. Those with Master’s degree will have an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in PEPFAR/USAID funded programs

Position 2 - M&E Specialist (Quality Management & Improvement)


Position Summary
The M&E Specialist (Quality Management & Improvement) will work closely with program teams to
support data quality and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. He/she will ensure that routine
data quality assessments (RDQA) and QI M&E systems are in place and functional. This position will also
be responsible for direct technical support to District M&E Officers, district and facility-based staff on
RDQA and CQI initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead in evaluating current data systems and proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with M&E Specialist (Analytics and Visualization) and other M&E
Specialists/Managers.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes in alignment with program
and donor expectations
• Build the capacity of clinical & M&E staff on modern RDQA approaches and CQI
methods including optimizing performance and quality and other relevant CQI
approaches.
• Provide technical oversight to District M&E Officers and clinical teams on data quality
checks, validations and CQI M&E activities
• Document and share field visit reports with M&E Director and other programs staff

Qualifications
• At least Bachelor’s Degree or higher in strategic information, Monitoring and
Evaluation, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, or other related fields . Those
with a Master’s degree will have an added advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in PEPFAR/USAID funded programs

Position 3 - M&E Specialist (e-Health)


Position Summary
The M&E Specialist (e-Health) is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital health
solutions and technologies that enhance patient care and streamline healthcare processes and facilitates
program data reporting. The M&E Specialist (e-Health) will work in collaboration with Ministry of Health
and other partners in the development and strengthening of digital health systems and software solutions that
will improve patient care, data flow and use within PIH and its partners.
Primary Responsibilities
a. Provide technical advisory support to both PIH programs and Ministry of Health, as well as
overseeing the implementation of digital health and innovation, including maintaining high-quality
standards in e-Health
b. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of digital health solutions, providing regular reports that
inform strategic decision-making and contribute to continuous improvements in health system
delivery.
c. Proactively track the functionality of e-Health systems and be able to provide regular feedback on
functionality issues, including providing recommendations and solutions.
d. Collaborate with MoH, HIS partner and other subject matter experts to define competencies and
learning objectives and provide appropriate capacity building initiatives.
e. Support M&E team in establishing processes for data validation from routine scheduled reports such
as cohort analysis reports
f. Lead the development, revision and designing of validation rules for all SurveyCTO forms used for
data entry and reporting to ensure good quality data.
g. Working with the HMIS and HIS IP to identify systemic issues, initiate a root cause analysis, and
intervene
Qualifications
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics or
any other relevant field. Those with a Master’s Degree will have an added advantage

3. CLINICAL OFFICER (30 POSITIONS)

Location: PIH supported facilities


Reporting to: Facility/Cluster Lead
Position Summary
The Clinical officer provides direct patient care and is licensed to perform general medical duties such as
diagnosis and treatment of disease, ordering and interpreting medical tests, performing routine medical
procedures and referring patients to senior medical practitioners when necessary. The Clinical officer is also
responsible for building capacity of facility-based staff including MOH staff, through mentorship, in order to
meet the HIV UNAIDS 95-95-95 treatment cascade targets. S/he is also responsible for liaising and working
with community partners and representing PIH at community level
Primary Responsibilities
a. Ensure that the facility is providing optimized ART regimens in line with MoH guidelines
b. Ensure that HIV and TB is provided as one stop care
c. Manage VL monitoring including HVL follow up and switching for those with confirmed failure
d. Provide Enhanced Adherence Counselling (EAC) and ensure complete documentation on the
monitoring tools
e. Work with facility staff to enroll recipients of care in DSD models that are available at the facility and
community
f. Work with facility staff to ensure preventive services such as PrEP are available at the facility and
recipients of care are offered, enrolled and managed accordingly.
g. Provide technical support on the implementation of back to care program to facility-based staff i.e.
Treatment Supporters, HIV Diagnostic Assistants, and Statistical Clerks etc.
h. Work directly with Client Support Services (CSS) and psychosocial counsellors in the provision of
psychosocial support to recipients of care both at facility and community level.
i. Work with the MOH team and other implementing partners to implement a robust mentorship program
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine
• 2nd line Certified HIV Provider
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HIV and AIDS management
• Demonstrated technical skills in HIV and AIDS care, treatment and support
• Computer skills – minimum of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

4. NURSE (56 POSITIONS)

Location: PIH supported facilities


Reports to: Facility/Cluster Lead
Position Summary
The Nurse provides direct service to recipients of care and is licensed to perform general nursing duties such
as ordering of ARVs and OI medications from the pharmacy, ART provision to recipients of care, cervical
cancer screening for eligible women, counselling and providing support to recipients of care returning back

care as part of the Welcome back approach, ensuring all recipients of care due for VL monitoring have samples
collected, performing routine nursing procedures and referring recipients of care to Clinicians when necessary.

The Nurse will work directly with HIV Diagnostic Assistants (HDAs), Psychosocial Counsellor and Treatment
Supporters to ensure recipients of care are linked, retained and referred to other required services. S/he is also
be responsible for liaising and working with community partners and representing PIH during meetings and
functions.

Primary Responsibilities
a. Ensure that the facility is providing optimized ART regimens in line with MoH guidelines
b. Ensure that HIV and TB is provided as one stop care
c. Manage VL monitoring including HVL follow up and switching for those with confirmed failure
d. Provide Enhanced Adherence Counselling (EAC) and ensure complete documentation on the
monitoring tools
e. Work with facility staff to enroll recipients of care in DSD models that are available at the facility and
community
f. Work with facility staff to ensure preventive services such as PrEP are available at the facility and
recipients of care are offered, enrolled and managed accordingly.
g. Provide technical support on the implementation of back to care program to facility-based staff
h. Work directly with Client Support Services (CSS) and psychosocial counsellors in the provision of
psychosocial support to recipients of care both at facility and community level.
i. Work with the MOH team and other implementing partners to implement a robust mentorship

j. Provide quality cervical cancer screening and provide treatment services to pre-cancer recipients of
care with available treatment options e.g. Cryotherapy
Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery those with a BSc in Nursing have an
added advantage
• Certified ART and Cervical Cancer provider
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in community health issues particularly HIVand
AIDS.
• Demonstrated technical skills in HIVand AIDS care, treatment and support
• Computer skills – minimum of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

5. MEDICAL ASSISTANTS (13 POSITIONS)

Location: PIH supported facilities


Reporting to: Facility/Cluster Lead
Position Summary

6. M&E OFFICER (8 POSITIONS)

Position : District M&E Officer


Location : District Office
Reporting to : District Program Coordinator/District Program Officer
Position Summary
The M&E Officer will contribute directly to strengthening data management, improving the quality and
timeliness of reporting, increasing the utilization of routine monitoring data by district program teams, and
assisting in building capacity of district mentoring and frontline health staff to manage and utilize their data.
Primary Responsibilities
a. Lead district M&E initiatives on data collection, cleaning and reporting into program and donor
platforms.
b. Demonstrate knowledge of PIH programs/projects, including indicator definitions and how they are
tracked.
c. In liaison with Central Office M&E, conduct Routine Data Quality Assessments to ensure facility
reported data is of high quality and standard.
d. Support the development of all CQI monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans, indicators, data
management systems, and standard operating protocols for data collection and analysis of CQI
projects.
e. Support facility-based staff in compiling timely and high-quality facility-based M&E reports as
required by the MoH and donors.
f. Build capacity of district mentoring teams and site level staff in data management, analysis and
interpretation as well as continuous quality improvement.

g. Monitor implementation of M&E protocols on data privacy, data security, and backups in the context
of data management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, or a related/relevant field.
• Knowledge of M&E analytical and reporting tools i.e. Power Bi, Tableau, STATA, SPSS, Excel,
SurveyCTO, ODK
• At least 5 years of experience in PEPFAR/USAID funded programs

7. PYSCHOSOCIAL COUNSELOR (9)

Location: PIH Supported districts


Reporting to: District Program Coordinator/District Program Officer
Position Summary
Psychosocial counsellors will support the quality counselling to ensure recipients of care are retained in care.
They are required to provide high quality psychosocial services and related therapeutic functions to recipients
of care living with HIV, their partners, families, caregivers and others affected by HIV infection.

Primary Responsibilities
a. Support and facilitate provision of health talks in designated areas (HF) to create demand for HIV
testing, viral load uptake, Cervical cancers, TB screening and other services.
b. Collaborate and support HTS providers at facility and community level in provision of index case
testing and HIV self-testing
c. Support recipients of care with referrals, to HIV testing services, ART clinic and reproductive health
services within the health facilities
d. Form part of the district mentorship team and assist in ensuring both MOH and PIH providers develop
the capacity to provide Psychosocial support to recipients of care
e. Work in liaison with the DPO/DPC to conduct CPD lectures/sessions on provision of robust
Psychosocial support, as part of mentorship
f. While working with the PIH and MOH lead, oversee Treatment Supporters and ensure coordinated
scheduling of activities

Qualifications:
• A Diploma in psychosocial counselling or Social Work from a recognized institution.
• Certified HIV testing services providers and those with experience in working with adolescent and
children living with HIV will have an added advantage.

8. HTS SUPERVISOR (10)

Location: PIH Supported districts


Reports to: District Program Coordinator/District Program Officer
Position Summary
The HIV Testing Services (HTS) Supervisor coordinates the planning, implementation and evaluation to
ensure quality HIV Testing Services provision in the district. This position provides technical support to HIV
Diagnostic Assistants (HDAs) and liaises with the MOH District HTS Coordinator and relevant staff to
ensure provision of high-quality Testing services.
Primary Responsibilities

a. Support the development of monthly and quarterly HTS work plans in liaison with facility lead and
HTS Technical team.
b. Support conducting of HTS needs assessments and provide guidance to HTS providers
c. Plan in collaboration with the District HTS Coordinator and District Environmental Health Officer
(DEHO) on joint mentoring, supervision, trainings, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control
(QC) activities- This should be planned with District supervision team.
d. Provide guidance on performance objectives and professional development, including managing
time away from a post for training
e. Organize regular meetings to share experiences, discuss challenges, identify solutions to barriers to
testing and motivate HDAs
f. Work with the MOH District HTS Coordinator to track HIV commodity use
Qualifications
• Certified HTS Counsellor - holding certificate with successful completion of skills intensive training
• Those with a Diploma in biomedical sciences or other health related qualification will have an added
advantage
• Training in, and extensive experience with, ScanForm methodology
• Certified HIV Testing and Counseling provider by MoH including skills intensive Training and
three test algorithm

9. FINANCE OFFICER (1) LILONGWE

Location: : PIH supported Districts


Reports to : Accountant

Position Summary: The Finance Officer provides direct assistance to the grants Finance Team to help ensure
the highest levels of detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile money & Electronic funds transfers


o Prepare a validation template using registers from facilities
o Use the Mobile Money Calculator of accurate amounts
o Validate in the Mobile Money System to check for errors before making the payment
o Complete the Payment template before generating
o Generate and upload the transactions
o Prepare an EFT template
o Upload and verify the uploaded EFT Schedule

• Assist in data capturing in QuickBooks


• Work closely with the Payroll & VAT Accountant to ensure Payroll is completed accurately and on
time each month.
• Work closely with the HR Office to ensure Payroll is completed accurately and on time each month.
• Ensure timely collection of Timesheets/Overtime forms/relevant documents from HR for payroll
processing.

• File all payrolls and copies of Timesheet and other supporting documentation monthly.
• Assisting the Payroll & VAT Accountant in responding to payroll queries monthly.
• Prepare Payroll Third Parties Schedules for payment
• Ensure that all payroll third party payments are done timely and accurately.

• Work closely with the Payroll & VAT Accountant for each Grant to obtain the VAT reimbursement
amounts as requested from MRA.
• Assist the Payroll &VAT Accountant in collecting VAT summary for each project and reconcile with
original documentation.
• Assist the Payroll & VAT Accountant in processing the ST11A summary sheet and submit to MRA
for review and to USAID for cover letter approval then submit the final ST11A.
• Assist in filling all reimbursements requests and supporting documentation according to each project.
• Copy, file and manage paperwork in a highly organized manner
• Assist with other job duties for all grants as requested.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance obtained from an accredited University recognized by


the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a
similar position
• Must be a member of ICAM
• Team player, self-starter, focused and attention to details
• Hands on experience in QuickBooks
• Good communication skills in English and Chichewa
• Proficiency experience in Power point, Excel and word
• Hands on experience with Electronic funds transfer payments
• Those with experience in USAID grants management will have added advantage

10. FINANCE ASSISTANTS (4) MULANJE & LILONGWE

Location: : PIH supported Districts


Reports to : Finance Officer

Position Summary: The Finance Assistant provides direct assistance to the grants Finance Team to help
ensure the highest levels of detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in data capturing in QuickBooks
• Copying, filing and managing all paperwork in the Finance Unit in a highly organized manner.
• Follow up on payments which are due for Liquidation and make sure all correct documentation is
provided for every expense (invoices, receipts, and any other supporting documents as required).
• Scanning payment vouchers and supporting documentation as required.
• Review documentation for liquidations prior to submission to donors. Each voucher and supporting
documentation will need to be checked to ensure the amounts add up to the numbers in the liquidation
report provided.
• Work closely with external teams to ensure all requests and payments are processed in a timely
manner.

• Provide the programs teams with the necessary funds, budgets and check list indicating what
documents are required from the training to support the expenses incurred.
• To ensure that all supporting documents are received for all expenses paid no later than 30 days after
payment.
• Make cash deposits as needed.
• Filing of completed Payment Vouchers into the proper filling system and updating file folders as
required.
• Oversee processing payments for various programs in the field.
• Follow up with the team after the activity is completed to ensure all expenses are documented and all
required supporting documents are provided.
• Provide a budget verses actual report at the end of each training / meeting.
• Support yearly audits.
• Be available for any other job assignment that may be necessary to assist the Finance Team.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance obtained from an accredited University recognized by

11. DRIVERS (25)

Location: PIH Supported Districts


Reports to: Transport Coordinator

Position Summary: The Driver is responsible for safe driving of vehicles in various locations where Partners
in Hope is implementing HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment programs under the USAID Funded CORE Project.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive carefully at all times to ensure safety of passengers, other road users and the assigned vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of all trips in the vehicle logbooks and submitting a month end summary of
vehicle usage to the supervisor.
• Develop and follow approved maintenance schedule for the assigned PIH vehicles
• Return vehicles to designated secured compound after completion of daily tasks and not later than 18
hrs. unless permitted by the supervisor.
• Ensure that seat belts are always used while driving by both you and passengers.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean and tidy at all times
• Follow all applicable Vehicle use and Traffic laws
• Report any accidents, faults, incidents or injuries involving the vehicle or its passengers to the
supervisor immediately
• Ensure adequate and consistent fueling of vehicles and keeping of receipts and other records as
required

• Ensure that vehicles are properly registered and have all the necessary equipment/tools
• Assist the Procurement, Stores and related personnel with the collection and delivery of supplies where
necessary
• Avoid divulging confidential information discussed by staff members during the trip to other
stakeholders without consent from the trip supervisor
• Performance of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)


• Must have a defensive driving certificate
• Driving license class C1, those with PG category will have an added advantage.
• Mechanical experience and training in first aid will be an added advantage.
• Experience of having worked with a reputable organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English is essential
• Ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle with good eyesight, having sober habits and good interpersonal skills

12 IT Manager (1)

Location: : Lilongwe Central Office


Reports to : Operations Director

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organizing,
and execution of all IT functions at Partners In Hope. Oversee computer systems at all PIH sites and
manage its overall operations, design, installation, modification and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in Software development and system programming
• Oversee all IT hardware, software and network installations and infrastructure and Lead maintenance
and upgrading of the internet system.
• Analyze information systems needs of PIH and determine immediate and long-term resources
requirements
• Develop IT requirement, Budgets and schedules for Information Technology projects
• Ensure all hardware and software integrity through development, identification and use of
strict licensing compliance, security and systems architecture guidelines and documentation.
• Analyses hardware and software capabilities to meet PIH current and anticipated
requirements and recommends configurations to meet operational demands.
• Maintains up-to-date inventories of all ICT equipment.
• Ensure safety and security of the IT systems and the overall performance of the IT department
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Oversee the development, content updates, and performance of the hospital’s website.
• Support digital solutions that enhance program efficiency and reporting.

Requirements

• BSc degree in information technology, computer science with specialty in system


development, networking and programming. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• At least five years of progressive experience in IT management including website
administration, preferably in Health, NGO or donor funded programs
• Proven expertise in software development, network systems and administration, website
management and digital platforms, IT policy implementation and compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of IT cybersecurity, data protection, and software licensing
compliance
• Hands-on experience with services such as VLAN, VPN, WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP,
SMTP, IPSEC.
• 5+ years in supporting large scale enterprise network infrastructures using multi-vendor environment
i.e. (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, FortiGate, and Sophos solutions.

13 IT Officer (1)

Location: : Lilongwe Central Office


Reports to : IT Manager

The IT Officer - Network at Partners In Hope (PIH) will be responsible for planning, implementing, and
managing the organization's computer network infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the efficiency,
security, and reliability of the network, enabling seamless communication and data exchange within PIH and
with partner organizations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting of all Network related issues follows
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for network operations
• Planning, Installation, operation, monitoring, and administration of Local Area Networks, Virtual
Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Virtual Private Networks
• Performing system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hard/software and key
processes of the ICT infrastructure
• Design and implement new network system security measures to improve the existing security
measures
• Provide ICT training to new and existing staff as part of Continuing Professional Development
• Monitor performance of links to ensure the quality of service and that capacity has been provisioned
according to the requested capacity.
• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including Antivirus, VPN and Intrusion
detection system, and web content filtering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized institution.


• Hands-on experience with services such as VLAN, VPN, WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP,
SMTP, IPSEC.
• 5+ years in supporting large scale enterprise network infrastructures using multi-vendor environment
i.e. (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, FortiGate, and Sophos solutions.
• Those with a valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Cisco Certified Network
Professional (CCNP) OR CompTIA Network+ and experience in a health care setting will have an
added advantage.

14. HR Officer (3)

Location: : PIH supported Districts


Reports to : Senior HR Officer

The Human Resources Officer will support the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
This includes recruitment, staff onboarding, record management, performance support, and ensuring
compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role is key to promoting a positive and productive work
environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Coordinate staff welfare initiatives and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and donor HR requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a Health Care institution or NGO
setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
