Terms & Condition
All Tickets are sold subject to the Conditions. Please read the Conditions carefully before
purchasing. Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes your acceptance of the Conditions.
1. Each Ticket is valid for only one person.
2. You must produce a valid Ticket to gain access to the event.
3. If you print this ticket, kindly ensure it is done from a trusted source. You can also just show this file at the
entry to verify yourself.
4. The ticket holder must be 18 years old or above; otherwise, s/he will be denied from entering the event premises,
and no refund will be provided.
5. At entry, ticket holders need to show photo identification. So, one must carry photo identification on the event
day.
6. The audience must follow COVID health guidelines and take necessary precautions.
7. Gates will open at 3:00 PM.
8. A token of verification will be provided at the entry, without it the audience will not be allowed to enter under any
circumstances. And it will be considered unacceptable for entry if it is damaged or missing.
9. Any kind of Alcohol, Drugs, tobacco products and intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Violation of
this rule can invoke necessary actions by the authority.
10. If any individual seems like a security threat or creates any disturbance, the organizers reserve the right to
refuse entry or to remove them from the event premises.
11. The organizers reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item that
may cause danger or disturbance to other audience members and, if deemed a security threat.
12. CCTV and film cameras will be operational at the venue. Attending the event signifies that the audience agrees
to the filming and recording of themselves. And they do not have any obligations regarding it.
13. The organizers will not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
14. Any electrical devices such as mobile phone chargers, Bluetooth speakers, power banks, and electronic
cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
15. Any bags will not be allowed inside the venue. Women are specifically requested not to bring purses larger than
10 inches by 6 inches.
16. No sharp, pointed and weaponry object is allowed at the venue.
17. No outside food or drinks will be allowed. Food and drinks will be available at the venue.
18. Each ticket holder will be assigned with their designated zone, and one must maintain that as shifting zone is
prohibited. Otherwise, necessary actions will be taken against the violation of zone policy.
19. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled.
20. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled or re-scheduled and the date and time
of any re-scheduled Event.
21. Organizers reserve the right to make any amendments regarding the issue and ticket holders without prior
notice.
