English Mastery Plan - Week 1 (4 Hours/Day)

Day 1 – Listening & Speaking Focus


1. Watch 2 short videos with subtitles (BBC Learning English)
2. Dictation practice – Write what you hear
3. Shadow the video speech (repeat after)
4. Record yourself talking about 'My Daily Life'
5. Read a short article (VOA Learning English)
6. Highlight 10 new words & learn meaning

Day 2 – Grammar & Vocabulary Focus


1. Listen to 1 podcast (slow English)
2. Write down main ideas

4. Practice conversation patterns (e.g., asking questions)
5. Read 'The Tortoise and the Hare'
6. Summarize the story in 5 sentences
7. Write an informal email to a friend
