MULTIPLE SIGNATURES
Students are required to obtain signatures from different offices, resulting in time-
consuming and redundant trips across the campus
LACK OF CENTRALIZATION
The absence of a centralized system makes it difficult for students to navigate the
process, leading to confusion and delays
INEFFICIENCY
The current manual process often leads to paperwork errors, misplaced documents
and prolonged processing times, causing unnecessary stress for students
WASTAGE OF TIME
It’s time consuming and stressful for a student. Cause, these multiple procedure cause
anxiety and multiple pressure also hinder the process for a smooth exam preparation.

We have already done the designing on Figma and now going to execute it with proper
steps. We also included mock-ups and wireframes for the user interface design.
