1. App download:

a. Where should I download the app from?

Homefy app can be downloaded in your Android or iPhone using the following
link from your mobile phone.

[Link]

b. Who all should download the app?

The purpose of the app is to streamline visitor management, during the initial
phases of roll out. Hence, all members of a family residing within TCPS and
owning a mobile phone can download the application.
● There is no limit to the number of downloads within a family.
● Any family member whom you think is capable of managing visitor access
to your home can be given access to the app (elderly/ children - no bar)
● Both tenants residing at the houses and owner of a let out house
should have the application installed.

2. How to add family members:

a. Who will have initial access to the app?

Owners of the flat: By default, the owner of the house as per TCPS records will
be onboarded to the application as an OWNER.

Tenants residing in the flat: By default, the primary residing tenant of the house
as per TCPS records will be onboarded to the application as a TENANT.

b. How can I add my family members?

Once you have logged in to the app, click the profile picture/ initial on the top left
corner of the screen
Click on My Family link on the next page.

3. How to add helper details:

a. Why do I need to add helper details?

To keep track of the entry and exit of your pre authorised house helpers.

b. What happens if I don’t register my helper details in the app?

Helpers that are not registered in the HOMEFY helper database will require an
approval pass every time they visit you. Hence it is recommended to add them as
a part of your house help list to avoid the hassle of creating visitor passes.

Once you have logged in to the app, click the profile picture/ initial on the top left
corner of the screen
