Important Instructions
1. For entrance into the examination venue, candidates must present a valid exam Hall ticket with a legible picture to
the Invigilator.
2. Candidates may not have any cell phone/ smart watch / tablet / computer or any device related to the latter in his or
her possession during the examination and is prohibited from handling such devices, unless it is stated on the
examination question paper as a required resource.
3. Cell phones may only be allowed for the purpose of scanning the QR-code on the Hall Ticket, at the examination
venue entrance.
4. Candidates must ensure that the cell phone is switched off immediately after the invigilator has scanned the QR-Code
on the Hall Ticket.
5. Candidates must report 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
6. No student will be allowed in the examination venue after 30 minutes have lapsed from the commencement of the
examination.
