8.1.12. LIST OF DOCUMENTS, FORMS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE
CARRIED (JAR-OPS 1.125 / 1.130 / 1.135 / 1.290)
For each flight, following documents and forms must be carried on board:
Note1: In case of loss or theft of documents mentioned below with (*), the operation is
allowed to continue until the flight reaches the base or a place where a
replacement document can be provided.
Note2: The Authority may permit some part of the information detailed below to be
presented in a form other than on printed paper.
This may be the case when using the Airbus LPC software.
• Aircraft documents
- The Certificate of Registration (*)
- The Certificate of Airworthiness (*)
- The original or a copy of the Noise Certificate (if applicable) (*)
- The original or a copy of the Air Operator Certificate (*)
- The Aircraft Radio Licence (*)
- The original or a copy of the third party liability insurance certificate (*)
• Crew documents
Each flight crewmember shall carry:
- A valid flight crew licence with appropriate ratings for the purpose of the
flight. (*)
- Valid passport with appropriate visas (if applicable)
- Certificates of vaccination (if applicable)
• Operations manual
Parts of the Operations Manual to be carried:
- Operations Policy Manual (Part A – General/Basic)
- Conduct of the flight (FCOM, QRH, MEL)
- RTOW charts (Take-off analysis)
- Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM) unless the Authority has accepted that the
FCOM contains relevant information

• Flight specific documentation
- Operational flight plan
- Aircraft technical log
- Journey log
- Filed ATS flight plan
- Appropriate NOTAM/AIS briefing documentation
- Appropriate Meteorological information (Terminal and alternate forecasts
valid for the time of flights, appropriate upper wind charts and significant
weather charts)
- Load and Trim sheet
- Notification of special categories of passengers such as handicapped
persons, inadmissible passengers, deportees and persons in custody,
security personnel.
- Notification of special loads.
- All mandatory written information in case of dangerous goods.
- Current maps and charts covering the area of the operations (Route Manual)
- Cargo manifest, passenger manifest, overflight permission (if applicable).
- Any others documents required by the states concerned with the flight.
• Others (as applicable)
- Details of catering
- Company operations and ground handling frequencies
- Payment for fuel (fuel credit card, cash...)
