Ghion Plastic is pleased to submit this proposal to supply high-quality plastic crates to Habesha
Breweries. As a leading plastic manufacturer based in Bahir Dar, we are equipped with modern
injection molding technology and ISO 9001:2015 certified systems that ensure consistent,
durable, and customizable plastic solutions.
Our offering focuses on the production and delivery of plastic beverage crates tailored to
Habesha’s requirements. The crates are manufactured from recyclable high-density polyethylene
(HDPE), providing durability, stackability, and environmental sustainability.
We are offering the following pricing for plastic crates:
Unit Price (Before VAT):
o 488 ETB per crate (to be financed by Habesha Breweries)
o 544 ETB per crate (if financed by Ghion Plastic)
For customization, we use Schoeller-branded molds from Germany to meet international
quality and branding standards. The cost of the Schoeller mold for Habesha’s crate design is
€187,151.
With an annual production capacity of up to 1,200,000 crates, and a flexible, scalable
manufacturing setup, Ghion Plastic can ensure timely delivery and quality assurance while
supporting Habesha’s operational needs and sustainability goals.

minimizing transportation time and cost.

Subject to revision based on raw material prices, exchange rate, and inflation
Bulk order discounts available upon reques
8. Payment Terms
Our proposed payment terms are as follows:
30% advance payment upon order confirmation.
70% payable upon delivery of goods.
We are open to discussing alternative payment terms, depending on BGI’s procurement policies
and contract length.
