Following your application to join Kenya Forestry College, I am pleased to inform
you that you have been admitted to undertake a Diploma in Forestry Course.
This admission is subject to confirmation of your original certificates and

There is limited accommodation in the College, which will be offered on first

OTHERS PAYMENTS
i. Placement Fee at Ksh 1,500.00 (to be paid to Kenya Universities and Colleges Central
Placement Service (KUCCPS) for every student enrolled
REQUIREMENTS
1. The fees must be paid by the reporting date through the e-citizen platform as per the
procedure attached. Please note that NO other mode of payment shall be accepted.
2. Original e-citizen Government copy or banking slip for application fee
3. Medical examination form duly filled, stamped and signed by a Medical Officer in a
public health facility.
4. Original and copies of KCPE and KCSE certificates/ result slip and National Identity
Card or birth certificate or Passport
5. Two (2) passport size clear colour photographs.
6. Personal and safety items
a) Green Khaki overalls and NOT dustcoats
b) Military boots/ or any other sturdy boots
c) Stationary (A4 exercise books(7), pens, ruler, geometrical set) and scientific fx 82
calculator.
d) Bedding (blankets, bed sheets, bed cover etc)
e) Personal effects (tooth paste, toilet paper, slippers, bucket , towel etc)
f) Plate, mug, spoon
g) Warm clothing as Londiani is in a cold environment.
h) Sports gear: sports shoes, and forest green games kit (shorts and tee-shirt), and any
specialized gear for sports of your interest.
7.We encourage students to come with personal laptops for practical assignments.
