ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF THE GENERAL PARENT-TEACHER
ASSOCIATION
SY 2024-2025
I. Introduction
Parent-Teacher Association is a formal organization composed of parents, teachers, and
staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in school. This partnership between
parents and educators strive to enhance pupils’ learning and enrich the lives of the pupils within
the school. It is also a forum for parents to obtain knowledge and voice their opinions about what
is happening in their school.
II. Objectives
➢ To encourage harmonious relationship between teachers and parents to support the
pupils’ academic performance
➢ To help the school for the implementation of its programs and projects
➢ To promote a school-community friendly environment
III. Highlights of Accomplishment
➢ Majority of the parents, 85-90 percent of the population attended the meeting
➢ Parents participate actively in school activities such as feeding programs, school
programs, signing and issuance of report card, greening program as gulayan sa paaralan
and tree planting
➢ Supported the project CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE SCHOOL FENCING PHASE
1 spearheaded by Mr. Jello Y. Esebes, General PTA President.
➢ Initiated the activity Little Mr. and Miss CambES 2025 with the proceeds of the fund
raising is SCHOOL PARKING AREA for faculty and staff.
IV. Problems Met
1. Other parents lack of coordination and participation
2. Other parents lack of support in their children’s development
3. Other parents have negative thinking about the program due to past implementation
failed.
V. Conclusion/Recommendations
1. Still implementing the success of the program.
2. Focus on good plan before the implementation.
3. Coordinate or ask help of one another to meet the meet success.
4. Encourage the stakeholders to support the implemented projects.
