The company’s primary objective is to reduce the number of unhealthy crackers

that some Dulag residents consume. For this reason, the CARROT CRUNCH company

developed a new and healthier cracker as their product which is the carrot cracker. The

company’s goal is to become a locally competitive cracker snack company. The company

sells nutritious snacks and specialize in manufacturing crackers made with penne pasta

with the use of special ingredient the “Daucuz Carota” or carrot.

CONCLUSION

A new product’s identification in the market determine its level of success. It is

crucial to correctly segment the market, determine the product’s target market, and then

build the product’s positioning plan to capitalize on potential in order to give a product a

distinctive identity in the marketplace. Since the establishment of the CARROT

CRUNCH company requires a significant amount of capital to buy the necessary

equipment for production and must contend with competition from the established well-

known brand, starting a small business requires a significant amount of equity. While

starting a small business is relatively easy, expanding it into a larger enterprise will be

challenging and intimidating due to high startup costs, competition, and the difficulty in

finding skilled and knowledgeable workers. On the other hand, in the next three to five

years, the company aims to be a leading supplier of a nutritious crackers. With the help of
