I am Freedomar D. Calig-onan, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairman of


Barangay Palma Gil, Municipality of Caraga, Province of Davao Oriental. As part of
our commitment to youth development and empowerment, we are organizing a special
initiative to honor and support our college graduating students for the academic year
2024-2025.
