IEC standard product since 1990, we are catering successfully to domestic and international Industries. We
design develop and supply industrial heaters, heating elements, thermocouples and other high temperature
Material Management equipments as per the customer's requirement. We have in house Design, Development &
research facilities, follows by stringent quality control measures right from beginning to delivery of the material.

We manufactur various types of Tubular Electrical Heaters and heating systems, along with control accessories
Cartridge Heaters, Mica Band Heaters, Ceramic Band Heaters, Casted Heaters, Furnace Heaters, Nozzle Heaters,
Coil heaters, which are used in Hazardous and Non Hazardous area. In Tubular Electrical heater Heating element
is Mineral filled sheathed tubular type. Heating element Insulation material used is Mgo (Magnesium oxide) and
heating element wire material is Nichrome. Heating elements are manufactured and tested as per IS-4159 BIS
Standards. Electrical heaters are suitable for application for Water, Oil, Chemical, Air, Fuel gas, Natural gases etc
and Design as per requirement of customer based on the technical input provided by them.
Heating unit consist of Heater vessel, Heater bundle, Terminal box, and U-Shaped heating element fitted on
Tube sheet .The selection of heating element for a particular assembly depends on the uses & customers
requirement total rating, surface loading, diameter of heating element tube, Operating temperature, space
limitation, Type of electrical connection and number of bank etc. The heating element can be permanently fixed on
tube sheet OR Can be removable type. Various Sheath material and sizes are available based on design
requirement. The heating unit can be supplies Complete with Heater Vessel, Inlet-Outlet Nozzle/Flange, Lug
Support and external insulation.
Heater vessels are generally designed as per ASME SecVIII Div-1. For Hazardous area flameproof terminal box
are used which are duly certified by CMRI Dhanabad for Gas group IIA, IIB or IIC.

Coil & Mica Nozzle Heaters
Subhot industries offer high performance Coil and Mica based nozzle heaters with & without thermocouple
provided. The high quality of the product is the end result of continuous evolution owing to in-house

Hot Runner Heaters & Sealed Coil Heaters

Subhot coil heaters are used for plastic processing industries & hot runner moulds. Subhot’s wide range of
coil heaters is available in different sizes is ready stock, Cross section available 3mm x 3.3mm & 2.2x 4.2mm
& optional built-in thermocouple for high resolution temperature measuring.

Ceramic Band Heaters
Subhot ceramic band heaters are designed from medium to high temperature heaters. These durable
heaters are built in ceramic fibre jackets that make them 30% energy efficient. Ceramic band heaters are
available with different termination styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs.

Mica Band Heaters

Subhot Mica band Heaters are made for contact based heating where uniform heat distribution is
necessary. Completely compatible with all shapes and sizes ranging from round to flat to sharply
angled, band heaters are made in M.S., Brass and S.S. sheathing. Perforated sheathing for Air heating
applications is also available.

Strip/Strip Finned Heaters

Strip heaters are made in M.S., Brass
and S.S. sheathing, insulated with mica.
SS Tubes and ceramic. Strip heaters are
used to heat smooth and flat surface.
Strip heaters are also covered with fins
for better transmission different of
application like forced air ducts, blower
units, ovens and dryers etc.

Cartridge Heaters (High Density, Low Density, D Type Model)
Cartridge heaters are designed for use where heat is required in limited space such as dies, Plates,
moulds and packaging machinery etc. Cartridge heaters are made in Brass, S.S. and Incoloy sheathing
in plain and D-type with low and high-density wattage.

Thermocouples
SUBHOT Thermocouples are the temperature sensor of choice primarily in furnaces, plastics extrusion,
injection molding, thermo forming, blow molding and blown film application. The thermocouples favorable
characteristics include good inherent accuracy, suitability over a broad temperature range, relatively fast
thermal response, ruggedness, high reliability, low cost and great versatility of application. We Manufacture
in SS all grade & Incoloy Sheath.

Casted Heaters
Casted heaters are made in cast iron, aluminium and brass casting. These heaters
are consisting of tubular heating element. Casted heaters are made for high
temperature application to heat dies and nozzles.

Ceramic & Short Wave Infrared Heaters & Panel

Infrared heaters are made in ceramic and silica fused quartz tube sheathing. These
heaters are specially designed to used where fast and radiant heating is required.

Flexible Mould Heaters

Flexible heaters are designed for use where heating required in
limited space such as dies, mould, hot runner system etc.

These heaters are made of S.S. Sheath in all grade SS-304, SS-321, SS-316 & incoloy in tube size of

These heaters are made in Silica Quartz tube,
SS 304, SS 316, SS 304, SS 316 Lead Covered,
PTFE Coated and titanium sheathing, fitted with
flanges and standard BSPP screw type sockets
as per customer specification to heat water, oil, and
chemicals, with and without thermostat pocket.

Porcelain Heaters
Porcelain heaters are made with high temperature bearing insulators.
Element in these heaters are exposed partially in air for better transmission
of heat. Mostly used in ovens and tanks where draining is not possible to
change the Heating Element.

Tubular Heaters with & without Fins
Tubular heaters are made in SS 304, SS 321 incoloy 800 sheathing to heat air and covered with
M.S. and S.S. fins for air heating applications like forced air duct, drying ovens, air conditioning systems etc.

Furnace Heaters / Radiant Heater /Silicon Carbide Heater

Furnace heaters designed for high temperature furnaces, offers greatest efficiency, highest reliability and
fast heat transfer due to direct exposure in air and radiant heaters used for heat treatment furnace in
S.S. 310 tube and INCONEL tubes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ENERGY SAVING NANO INFRARED BAND HEATER
Plastic machine nano infrared heater generates high heat by high-resistance wires which is
reflected by quartz halogen heating tubes. It has high thermal efficiency, excellent energy-saving
effect and quite low heater surface temperature. Following induction heating, it is another high
energy-saving heating technology which is now widely used in plastic machines.

Circulation Heaters along with Vessel and Control Panel
Circulation heaters, also referred to as inline heaters, are used for direct heating of flowing liquids, air,
and gases in various industrial and process heating applications. They can effectively heat both pressurized
and non-pressurized liquids and gases. Protecting the heater is a priority because a failure can have serious
consequences. At a minimum you don’t want the heater to overheat and start a fire. A Heater Control Panel
has to know the status of process variables required to control and protect the [Link] Control Panel
includes components to control the heater, sensors to protect the heater, and pilot devices for operator control.
Other sensors are used for automatic operation.
