BOARDRESOLUTION Atthemeetingofthe(GoverningBoard/ExecutiveCommittee)ofthe(Network)on(dateandvenue), thefollowingresolutionswereproposedandapproved: Whereas,CODENGOisallocatingabudgetofPhp50,000forthe(Network)peryearforthenext three years starting FY 20052006 to support the human resource development program of the network, Whereas,the(Network)issubmittingtheattachedScholarshipProposaltoapplyfortheutilizationof suchfundtosupportthescholarshipofitsidentifiednetworkscholar(s)forthisyear, Whereas, the procedures for the CODENGO Scholarship Program requires that the networks Governing Board/Executive Committee approves the networks Scholarship Proposal and list of scholars, Therefore, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the (Governing Board/Executive Committee) of the (Network): 1.
