In con nua on of my previous le er dated 12th November, 2024. I am providing this clarifica on regarding
the Simple Mortgage Deed ini ally created for the applica on of a G+2 building.

I’m wri ng this le er to confirm that the said Simple Mortgage Deed has not been used or a ached as a
suppor ng document for any building permission applica on submi ed to the Municipal Council. This
deed was prepared for the ini al plan of a G+2 building, but since the plan was revised to S lt + 2 floors, I
had submi ed a request for its cancella on and no building permission applica on is made yet for either
the G+2 plan or the S lt+2 plan.

Please consider this as a formal confirma on to address the inquiry raised. I kindly request your
acknowledgment of this le er and further assistance in processing the cancella on request.
