Rationale The Senior High School recollection is an essential component
of the holistic development of students, providing them with an
opportunity for spiritual reflection, personal growth and community
building. This program aims to foster a deeper understanding of self,
enhance interpersonal relationships, and encourage a sense of
responsibility among students as they prepare to transition from high
school to their future endeavors.
The legal basis for this proposal is anchored in the Republic Act
No. 10533, also known as the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013,
which emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded education that
includes not only academic learning but also values formation and
character development. The Act mandates educational institutions to
provide programs that promote the overall well-being of students,
including spiritual and moral development.
In line with the objectives of fostering spiritual reflection,
personal growth, and community building among Senior High School
students, and in adherence to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10533,
the Senior High School recollection will be held on March 28, 2025.
This date provides ample time for preparation and ensures that students
can fully engage in this meaningful experience as they approach the
culmination of their high school journey and prepare for future
endeavors.
Objectives Terminal Objective:
To provide Grade 12 students with a meaningful recollection
experience that promotes self-reflection, spiritual growth, and
community bonding.
Enabling Objectives:
1. To facilitate activities that encourage students to reflect on their
personal values and life goals.
2. To foster a sense of community and teamwork among students
through group activities and discussions.
3. To provide a safe space for students to express their thoughts and
feelings regarding their high school journey and future aspirations.
Expected Outcome After the conduct of the recollection, the following outcomes are
expected from the students:
1. Personal Growth Reflections: Students should have articulated how
their experiences in high school contributed to their personal
development, including changes in their self-identity, social skills, and
academic interests.
2. Memorable Experiences: Students should have shared significant
memories, such as friendships formed, challenges overcome, and
impactful events (like prom, sports competitions, or school trips) that
shaped their high school journey.
