Welcome to the
HP Partner Portal
This overview training is designed to help you get
the most out of your HP Partner Portal experience.
From this training, you can learn how to navigate
around the portal, edit your workspace, manage
your account settings, and get support.
The HP Partner Portal offers dynamic information
that’s specifically audienced for your location,
your unique partner profile, and your HP business
relationship. Your personal experience may vary
from the screenshots used in this training.

The HP Partner Portal provides anytime access to business-critical tools,
information, and resources.
• Accessible 24/7 from any device using a single, secure URL
• Designed in collaboration with partners for a simplified experience
• Personalized and customizable to allow you to do business your way
The result is a seamlessly integrated portal with more than 300 business tools, and
one-click access to the tools you use most. The HP Partner Portal also offers easy
access to support, which can assist you through every phase of the sales cycle.

If you’re a new user, you can register to use
the portal by clicking Register near the
bottom of the login screen.
For assistance, contact the HP Partner
Support team by clicking the Get Support
button on the right side of the login page or
from the top of any portal page.

Portal Overview: Home page
• The HP Partner Portal is now more mobile ready, so small screens are more responsive.
• Click the HP logo at the top of the page to easily return to the home page from anywhere in the portal.
• Under the portal title at the top left of the page is the navigation menu.
• From the navigation menu, you can access six main menu sections that expand into a set of intuitive
tasks.
• Review and update your personal details from the profile menu at the top right.
• The Get Support button is next to the profile menu.
• Important information is to the right of the main home page banner.

Near the top of the home page, rotating
banners display the latest information
personalized for you.
Your tools menu (previously called "My
Dashboard"), is now accessible on every
portal page. Click the icon on the top left,
just below the HP logo, to expand or
contract and customize.

Below the banners, you can check news
and events, find partner resources, and
view the most popular portal tools
recommended for you.
Also, at the bottom of the page, you can
access several helpful links.

When you have finished using the HP
Partner Portal, click the profile menu at
the top right and select Sign out.
The HP Partner Portal will continue to
evolve, making it easier for you to do
business with HP.

The HP Partner Portal navigation menu has
been designed based on partner feedback.
The menu is divided into six task-based
sections. You can click a title to expand the
menu underneath.
On the right side you can:
• Access the Search bar
• Choose your preferred site
• Contact Support by clicking Get Support

Under the “My Workspace” menu, you can find From the “Products” menu, you can access

The “Training & Certification” menu provides access to Partner Learning
Center and offers the option to retrieve the HP Learner ID.

3. Edit Tools Menu

Edit Tools Menu
Access the highly customizable “Tools Menu”
section of the home page, which allows you to
configure one-click access to the tools you use most.
Simply add the tools you want, arrange them by
preference, and launch them with one click.
To begin customizing, click Customize.
The Tools menu is available on all pages of the
portal, and you can access it by clicking the icon.

Edit Tools Menu
By clicking the Edit Tools menu from the home
page, you can view a list of all the tools you
are eligible to access in the HP Partner Portal.
(You can also use the “search bar” to find the
tools you want to add.)
From this Edit Tools menu list, you can select
tools to add or remove. To go back to the
home page, close the customization window
by clicking the X in the top right corner.
The latest tools you’ve added will
automatically be displayed in the list. You
can view all the applications you added by
clicking All Applications.

You can add tools in your workspace by
clicking the “pin” button, which automatically
adds the tools to your list.
To view more information about the tool you
want to add in your workspace, click the circle
icon on the left. If you no longer want to see
the info about the tools, simply click “Hide Info
For All.”

4. Manage Your Account

Manage Your Account
When managing your user account, you can check your personal details, change your
password, and establish your communication preferences.
Click your profile image to view the drop-down menu and then select Profile Preferences
to access your user account settings.

there, you can also confirm your contact
information.
Updating your subscriptions will help
ensure you receive your preferred level
of communication from HP.

Tofind information on your
organization’s PPA, select the “My
contacts” tab.
For help with your account or
additional tool access, you can
contact your Partner Portal
Administrator (PPA).
If your company has more than
one PPA, they will be listed in this
section.
Tofind a direct link to your PPA, navigate to the “Manage My Experience" page in
the “My Workspace” menu, under the header “My Account."
If your company does not have a PPA, you can use the Get Support icon at the top right of any
portal page.

Get Support
Support is always available, no matter
where you are on the portal.
On the login screen, the Get Support
icon is located on the right side.
In the portal, the Get Support icon
is consistently located at the top of
any portal page.
If you need help logging in, just click the
Get Support icon from the login screen.

Get Support takes you to a single,
comprehensive landing page with a wide
range of integrated support options.
Click the Get Support icon at the top of
any portal page to find out more.
To submit a support request, choose
from the categories in the “Start Here”
drop-down menu.
You can further refine your criteria
from the “Selection” drop-down menu.

see a list of self-help solutions.
You also have the option to submit a
support case by clicking “Send Email”.
