1 Payments within 15 Days from the date of Invoice
2 Taxation as GST (18%) applicable as per the rule shall be paid by generator
3 Unloading Charges @ Rs.150/- Per MT
4 Unloading Charges for Empty tins / Barrels not applicable
5 Transportation Charges upto 3.5 MT Vehicle Capacity is Rs. 17853.75/- per trip
6 above 3.5 MT LPT vehicle capacity will be @ Rs.12.55 KM/MT (To & Fro)
7 Up to 5.6 MT Hookloader is Rs. 19255.6 /- per trip
8 for 10 MT hookloader will be Rs.19.83 KM/MT ( To & Fro)
9 Minimum 90% of Truck load capacity will be applicable for the Transportation charges.
10 Detention charges as applicable after 6 hours, per hours @ 42.75* capacity of the vehicle
11 Demurrage Charges/Holding Charges after 24 hrs @Rs 50 per MT per Hours.
12 Toll, Transit Pass, Octroi & Other Levies will be Charged as per Actuals
13 NEFT/ RTGS Details: AXIS Bank, Branch: Nagpur, Acct No.:918030018003386 IFSC: UTIB0000048
14 TCO validity : 15 Days
15 The Purchase order as per the acceptance of the TCO will be valid for the current financial year ( ie from April to March).
Any PO being approved in the mid of the financial year will also be valid till 31st march 2026 of the financial year.
