SUBJECT :- Appointment of trustees
Collection of the particulars of
At the time of appointment of trustees by the Charity
Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Bombay or at the time of
suggesting names of persons for being appointed as trustees by the
Court this office calls for the names of the suitable persons along with
the usual particulars from the Regional Offices concerned. It is
observed that while submitting the names of the suitable persons, the
Inspectors do not collect all the necessary and required particulars of
the persons concerned and the Regional Officers forward the same to
this office without going through such particular. Consequently this
office has to make back reference which involves much time and
labour. In order to facilitate the work of collecting particulars of the
trustees the attached proforma is prepared for guidance.
All the Regional Officers are directed to see that the particulars
of the persons proposed for appointment of trustees immediately
collected by the Inspectors in the proforma enclosed herewith and the
same are submitted to this office immediately.
The directions given in this Circular should be followed
scrupulously by all the Regional Officers and the Inspectors forthwith.

local bodies etc.)
