Insurance If you require transit insurance from us then 1.4 % will be charged extra otherwise you can

Installation charges : Rs. 15,000/- extra each.
Payment terms 1/3rd advance payment and balance payment with 18% GST before dispatch against

Proforma Invoice.
Delivery : 6 to 8 weeks from the receipt of advance.
Freight : Extra or to pay basis.
Taxes : 18% GST Extra
Validity of offer : 30 days
Warrantee Our machine is warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 15
months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is
: earlier. The warranty is limited to free repair / replacement of defective parts only and does
not cover worn out parts due to normal wear and tear and also damages to the machine /
parts due to mishandling.
Civil Foundation Civil Foundation / fabricated foundation table & Bolts are to be arranged by you at your cost
: as per our Foundation drawing.

Loading & unloading of An arrangement for unloading of equipment is to be arranged by you at your end, opening of
machine : packing, placement of equipment & foundation will be your responsibility.

NOTE Once the order is placed it will not be cancelled. *Subject to Sangli Jurisdiction.
