Both agents will use state-of-the-art AI models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG), and tool-based execution for enhanced business automation.

leveraging an LLM like GPT-4 or similar, setting up a knowledge
base (RAG), and integrating essential business automation tools.
● Advanced Capabilities
○ ₹20,000 to ₹50,000
○ Custom tools for business processes, basic sentiment analysis,
simple API integrations (CRM, ERP, etc.).
2. Voice-Based AI Agent
● Base Development Cost (Voice + STT + TTS + Calls)
○ ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000
○ Includes using ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, speech-to-text and
text-to-speech integration (Whisper or Deepgram), and setting up a
basic call-handling system.
● Advanced Capabilities
○ ₹20,000 to ₹40,000
○ Features like real-time transcription, call summaries, and basic
integrations with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Freshdesk).
3. Admin Dashboard & Analytics (Optional)
● ₹30,000 to ₹75,000
○ Developing a basic dashboard for tracking interactions and
performance metrics.
4. Monthly Maintenance & AI Model Hosting
● Basic Plan (Bug Fixes & Minor Updates)
○ ₹5,000 to ₹15,000/month

● Premium Plan (Support + Customization + Updates)

5. Additional Costs (If Required)

● Multi-Language Model Fine-Tuning

● On-Prem Deployment

○ Deploying the solution on the client's own servers for enhanced

6. Payment Terms
● 30% upfront payment before development begins
● 70% after final deployment & client approval
7. Notes & Considerations
● RAG Implementation requires structured documents (PDFs, CSVs,
databases) for indexing.
● ElevenLabs & API Costs are recurring and depend on usage volume.
● Client Data Security & Privacy Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) will be
maintained.
● Custom Branding & Model Voice Training can be done as per the client’s
requirements.
