The Customers Revenge
The Customer s Revenge
We have all been somewhere in a store or dealership when there was an irate and unhappy
customer looming in our presence. They were obviously upset about something and generally
draw a lot of negative attention to themselves and to the company. Luckily for companies, just a
few short years ago only a few customers out of hundreds, thousands, or millions would have seen
the negative effects of the incident, but in current times almost everyone has a camera phone that
records videos and it only takes a matter of seconds for videos like that to go viral on some social
media network. Because of today s technology, everyone has free access to various social media
channels such as YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook that... Show more content on [Link] ...
When a company treats its customers with respect the products and brands tend to sell themselves
because customer satisfaction and trust in the brand rises. When customers shop where they can
trust they will be taken care of they tend to be repeat customers and give positive word of mouth. To
accompany new policy changes, the company needs to have workshops or employee meetings on
the changes for everyone involved in every aspect of customer service. These employees must
know how to handle individual customer s problems and learn that each case is different and that
there can never be one generalized way to solve someone s problem. Customer service
representatives must learn to handle each case individually and treat the customer as fairly as
possible. The three main focuses of a changed policy is to, first, make sure that the implemented
policy was just and fair to both customers and the company, secondly, notify customers of the
changes and provide them with a way to have any questions answered, and lastly, set a deadline to
re evaluate the policy and make changes as needed. If I were the Vice President of Customer
Service for Atida motors I would push for a new customer compensation policy that is more
reasonable for both the company and the customers. To implement this policy we would need to
follow the three basic steps of policy making, such
A Study On Klebsiella Pneumonia Atcc 8724
Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 8724 was cultured aerobically in a 250 mL flask covered by cotton
with 100 mL of seed medium at 37 °C. After 8 12 h cultivation, the biomass of seed culture was
harvested when cell growth achieved 1.2 to 1.5 OD600 by centrifugation at 4 °C, 8,000 rpm for
25 min. Then, the cell debris was mixed with 50 mL sterilized 2.5% (w/v) sodium alginate
solution. The spherical immobilized cells were formed by adding the mixture to 4% CaCl2 (w/v)
solution. The granules of immobilized cell were stored at 4 °C over 24 h to improve its solidity.
Before inoculing to the main medium of fermentation, the beads of immobilized cell were
washed with sterile water at least three times. 2.4 Production of 1,3 PDO The seed culture of
Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 8724 was carried out under the same conditions as used previously.
The inocula (1%, v/v) were added to the main medium after a period of time in the range 8 12 h
when cell growth was achieved in the range 1.2 1.5 OD600. The batch culture was evaluated
under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions in this study. The aerobic culture was carried out in a
250 mL flask with 50 mL main medium using cotton cover, and the anaerobic culture was carried
out in a 125 mL serum bottle with 50 mL MM broth using rubber covers. In the anaerobic culture,
oxygen gas in the main medium was purged by the addition of nitrogen gas at least 5 min before. All
the cultivations to investigate the inhibitory effects were
Review Of The Time Machine
Travel to events in the past or the possibilities of the future has been a major theme of science
fiction since the beginning. One novel, however, plays a larger role than most other books in
bringing the thought of time travel to the consumers of science fiction: H.G. Wells The Time
Machine. The novel speaks of times so far in the future and yet so similar to both Victorian Era
England and the possibilities of the choices humankind has made since then. Let us take a journey to
the year 802,701 and see what the future has in wait for us.
The story begins in Victorian Era England at a dinner party between professionals. H.G. Wells used
this theme to match many other novels of the time. Unlike those other stories, H.G. Wells called the
characters by their profession with the exception of the character named Filby. This most likely
spawned from H.G. Wells tightly held socialistic beliefs. At the party, the Time Traveler spoke about
time as the fourth dimension. At the time, the theory of dimensions was a popular theory among
scientists, writers, and even theologians. After doing so, the Time Traveler presented a model of the
time machine and turned it on. According to the novel, the little machine suddenly swung round,
became indistinct, was seen as a ghost for a second perhaps, as an eddy of faintly glittering brass
and ivory; and it was gone vanished! . The guests at the party were in shock. Afterwards, the Time
Traveler left to prepare the full size machine for use.
Correctional Facilities For Inmates And Staff
In the upcoming material there will be several statistics and pertinent information to help clarify
(Life in Correctional Facilities for Inmates and Staff). Individual information for each facet,
completed by compiling comparisons of the concluded information. When we think of incarceration,
we automatically think about people sentenced to prison. Perhaps we think of those in jail awaiting
trial or serving a shorter sentence. When we think of re entry we immediately think about sentenced
or otherwise incarcerated persons being released from incarceration to home. It seems we rarely
think about persons working in the prisons/jails. These are the people who enter and out of the
facilities daily and often times their time inside is much... Show more content on [Link] ...
Thirty four percent of the officers who responded to the survey reported suffering from symptoms of
PTSD, such as repeated flashbacks of traumatic incidents, hypervigilance, insomnia, suicidal
thoughts, and alienation. Only fourteen percent of military veterans report suffering the same
symptoms. Correctional officer suicide rates are thirty nine percent higher than all other
professions combined, according to the national study. In the study it was revealed that most
officers avoid a PTSD diagnosis because they re afraid of negative repercussions on their careers.
They believe they ll be put through a fit for duty test with a licensed psychologist and be decertified.
Research shows that hyper violent environment has serious repercussions on the mental and physical
state of an officer. Shift work is another key factor with corrections officers and their families. Not
having dinner together and parents sleeping while their children get ready for school. Shift work has
been proven to disrupt the circadian rhythm, or the internal clock that controls sleep and nausea. The
combination of sleep loss disrupted circadian rhythm, eating, and digestive problems tends to result
in irritability and depression, which will possibly have a negative impact on family interaction.

My Strengths In Football
One of my strengths in football is passing. Passing is a key part in the game of football. The aim
is to maintain possession to try and create opportunities to score to win the game. When I m going
to pass the ball I make sure that I use the correct technique when deciding to play a certain pass.
During a gameI would use the inside of my strong foot (left), keeping the ball low when
performing a short pass. However, when I m going to play a longer pass or switching the ball I
would use the laces on my boot technique by drilling the ball to another teammate judging the
weight and height of the pass depending on the distance away from him. Also I would make sure
that I stay very calm and composed so that I don t make any errors or hesitate.

Anther, strong physical aspect of my game would be my cardiovascular endurance, which enables
me to play to the full 90 minutes and beyond. It allows me to continue working at my best,
relentlessly closing down opposition ... Show more content on [Link] ...
This Is because, improving my headers allows me to get enough power in my header within a cross
situation. This means that If my team see that I m good at heading then they would be crossing the
ball in most of the time. If my heading is better that would mean that I I can use this skill to an
advantage for scoring more goals. However, because my heading is a weakness I cannot head the ball
first time when the ball is crossed and cannot get enough power.

When training I will be working on heading. My training program involves football training
evolved around heading the ball. Every week the activities I do I would make sure that I increase
the intensity which would allow my progression to be quicker and see improvements. I will do the
same activities but the will get harder and I will do them for longer each time. I will keep doing
these activities so my effort put in does not start to reverse. I also do the same amount of activities,
in the training program, each
Educational Implications for Students with ADHD, Overt,...
ADHD Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition affecting children and
adults that is characterized by problems with attention, impulsivity, and overactivity (CHADD). It
is a neurobiological disorder that affect 3 7 percent of school age children and may be seen as
before the age of 7. The current diagnostic label is attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, however,
in the past several other names have been used, such as brain damaged, minimal brain dysfunction,
hyperkinetic impulsive disorder, and attention deficit disorder (CHADD). ADHD is a controversial
disorder. Some understand it to be a true disability, while others believe good teaching and discipline
at home resolve the problems (Kauffman 2005). ADHD... Show more content on [Link] ...
Teachers can help improve the student s educational experience through strategies and interventions.
The following is a short list the teacher may try using: Work on the most difficult concepts in the
morning Use task analysis Vary the pace and type of activity Seat student way from distractions
Provide notebooks and folders for organization Interventions may include behavioral and cognitive
strategies. Behavioral interventions are means making certain that rewarding consequence follows
desirable behavior and that either no consequence or punishing consequences follow undesirable
behavior (Kauffman 2005). Other intervention may include token reinforcement, response cost, and
time out. Giving students choices in assignment can also be helpful. Cognitive strategy training
includes 1. Self instruction, teaching students to talk to themselves about what they are doing and
how to do it. 2. Self monitoring, helps students stay on task. Overt Overt conduct disorder violate
social rules and includes a wide variety of antisocial behaviors such as aggression, theft, vandalism,
firesetting, lying, truancy, and running away. It interferes with everyday functioning at home and
school. Students with overt conduct disorder perform harmful behaviors at a much higher rate and at
a much later age than normally developing student (Kauffman 2005).
Summary Of Mrs. Mason
Mrs. Mason

It used to be the three of them walking everyday: Mr. and Mrs. Mason walking in their sharp
clothes and their adorable dog Oscar in front of them. Mr. Mason in his ironed khaki pants, button
up shirt, top hat, and loafers. Mrs. Mason, a Southern Belle converted into New Englander, dressed
in black business suit pants, a white shirt with a cashmere sweater over it with an expensive looking
broach right over her heart. She walked with a cane, but more out of style than physical need. Oscar,
their toy poodle, trotted just in front of them, his well groomed fur making him stand out amongst
the other mutts in our neighborhood, his leash attached to a bright red collar, and his nose pressed to
the pavement. Everyday, around ... Show more content on [Link] ...
I wandered out of our alley and went up to her and said, Hi Mrs. Mason, quite the storm we ve
had, huh? To which she replied in her Southern accent, You know, Ben, besides for the storm of
78 , this must be one of the worst, maybe the worst storm I ve ever seen. I was so shocked to see
her outside. Never before had I seen her outside in such brutal conditions which really attests to
how strong of a woman she was. Sure, I d seen her walking outside in the freezing cold when I
glanced through my bedroom window, but never had I seen her out in such atrocious weather.
Reflecting back on it, though, I shouldn t have been so surprised because this was who she was.
That was her routine. Still, Mrs. Mason keeps walking around, always chatting with our neighbors
and mailman, giving lost Brown students directions in sweet Southern accent, and keeping up her
fashion.

The Turtle People You can t be climbing into their yard with Nerf guns! You ll damage the fence and
we re not paying to get that fixed, he yelled at me after catching me about to climb up on our
neighbor s fence. Who s yard, I replied smartly, trying to avoid all suspicion. You know who I m
talking about, the turtle people, my dad replied, clearly annoyed at my lies about intruding into our
neighbor s yard with my friend Henry. The turtle people are two Brown Reptilian Studies professors
