Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of administrators' supervisory roles on teachers' job performance in
secondary schools in Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The role of administrators in
supervising teachers is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of education and the overall success of
students. The study will utilize an analytical approach to examine the relationship between
administrators' supervisory roles and teachers' job performance.

The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with
administrators and teachers in secondary schools in Lere Local Government Area. The data collected will
be analyzed using statistical methods to determine the extent to which administrators' supervisory roles
influence teachers' job performance.

The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of administrators'
supervisory roles in improving teachers' job performance in secondary schools. This research is
significant as it will contribute to the existing literature on educational leadership and provide
recommendations for administrators to enhance their supervisory practices.
