Labour work Rates

Date:17-11-2010.

To,
Dear Hitendrabhai,
Samarthya Infrastructure.

Square feet Rates for the four storey Flat scheme at Prahalladnagar

1 Labour rates for the above work for all floor slabs would be Rs.225.00 per sq.feet \ slab \ floor.
2 Labour rates for foundation & upto Ground level;
would be Rs. 112.00\s.ft of slab area. I.e> in hollow plinth area.
3 Rates for Architectural projection outside slab area as shown in elevation
would be Rs. 125\s.ft\slab\floor.

Above rates includes following;

1 All R.C.C Labour work within slab area.


2 All Masonary Labour work within slab area.
Brick work: All brick work is Patition wall as shown in plan.
Plaster work: All work Inside Sigle coat Mala Plaster & Outside double coat Sand faced.
3 Parapet wall upto 3'-0" height on Terrace.
4 All Electrical Labour work within slab area.
5 All Flooring work within slab area.
6 All Plumbing work within the slab area.
7 All labour work for making of door/window frame of wood only.
8 Rent for Mixer machine, vibrator & Lift.
9 Above rates would be upto foundation depth of 2.0 meter

Above rates do not include following work;

1 Fabrication work
2 Colour work
3 Work outside the slab area
4 Under ground & overhead tank
5 Common development work like compoundwall,
outside flooring on ground etc.

Terms And Conditions

Date:17-11-2010.

1 Above rates given are for good shuttering quality for R.C.C work & other Work.

2 Above rates given are for material lead maximum upto 50'. If lead is more than 50' than
accordingly extra labour will be charged.

3 All above rates are upto 10' height.

4 Expences for the curing work shall be charged as per actual at site.

5 Security staff shall be provided by the client for the security of material at site.

6 The responsibility of compensation to the workers will be of the client, if any


accident occures at site.

7 The client shall provide requiresd material at site as per pre-determined time schedule,
any delay in material occures due to any reason then idling charges of the labours
shall be born by the client.

8 The electricity & water shall be provided by the owner at site at the time of
commencement of work.

9 The rates of extra item or any special item shall be decided at site prior to
commencement of that work.

10 Service Tax, if applicable will be charged extra as per prevailing rates.

11 Above rates are valid for 9 months only.

12 Supervision Charges for the work if required, will be extra and will be decided
mutually agreeable to each other before commencement of work.

Payment Condition

1 Every 15 days the running bills will be submited as per progress of work.

2 Payment should be given within 7 days after submission of bills.
