Situated close to Akshi beach, our property has 16 rooms ( 20 beds) and our room includes
everything you need to complement a laid-back holiday, from comfortable king size beds,
cosy ambience, flat screen TV to balconies to relax in with a luxurious pool & alfresco
dinning!
Be it weddings, conferences, parties, picnics, birthday & anniversary celebrations, kitty
parties, pre-wedding shoots, student groups or just some alone time with your loved ones.

Policies / Room Rules
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly resort experience.
The following hotel policies/house rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational
procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the resort.
These hotel policies/house rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.
Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.
ALL ROOMS ARE NO SMOKE AREAS
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
• Check in time: 1.00 pm
• Check out time: 11.00 am
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to the availability.
• Additional charges will apply for early check in / late checkout.
• We required valid photo id (aadhar card/ driving license/ passport) of each traveller at the time of check in.
SWIMMING POOL / OUTDOOR / INDOOR AMENITIES
• Pool access is allowed from 07:00 am to 07.00 pm. Swimming in the pool will be at ones own risk.
• Children to be accompanied by an adult.
• Swimming costume (nylon / lycra) is compulsory in the pool. No drinks & food in the pool.
PAYMENTS
• 80% advance to be paid for the confirmation of the booking & 20% balance of the package value to be paid at the time of
check in.
• Extras to be settled at the time of check out.
• We accept Cash / GPay/ Paytm/ Bank Transfer.
• Taxes will be charged additionally as applicable.
KITCHEN
• Breakfast 8:30 am to 10:30 am | Lunch 12:00pm to 3:00pm | Alfresco 3:30pm to 7:00pm | Dinner 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• We serve only Vegetarian.
• Jain food options available. Conditions Apply.
• Kindly inform us prior for Jain preference as well as Choviyar fast.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
• No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
• In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
• All bookings are non-transferable.
Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
TRANSPORT RENTAL
• Private Car available on request at an additional cost.
CHILD POLICY
• Children above 8 years shall be considered as an adult

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICIES/HOUSE RULES
• CASA MAE reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these hotel policies/house rules or the
arrangements and content featured on our hotel website at any time without prior notice.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
• You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s),
hotel’s premises or property caused by you. Resort reserves the right to retain the cost for the same.
