HT AGREEMENT
Agreement executed this the the POTU PRATHAP
REDDY S.c. No. at the Gerre Colony, Chennur, in Mancherial
district herein after called for themselves and for the assignees and successors in
favour of the Northern Power Distributor company under section on 23 of A.P.
Electricity Act 1948 hence forth referred to as the "company".
1. SUPPLY OF POWER
POTU PRATHAPREDDY S.c. No. the company for release of
CMD 70 KVA (HT Category Has requested at high tension for the purpose of
lightening/power load agreed to afford such supply on the General Terms
and conditions notified by them from the time to time under section 21 of
the License distribution and retail supply License conditions and those
here under mentioned.
2. LOAD/MAXIMUM DEMAND
POTU PRATHAP REDDY S.C. No. Agree to take from the
company, electricity power for a maximum load not exceeding 70 KVA,
which shall be taken to be contracted maximum demand for their exclusive
use for the purpose above mentioned at our Potu Prathap Reddy at Gerre
Colony, Chennur in Mancherial district Telangana State contracted load
without prior intimation to the Company.
3. RESALE OF ELECTRIC POWER undertake that POTU PRATHAP REDDY
shall not sell electrical energy obtained under this agreement without
sanction in writing of the company.
4. Obligation to comply with Requirements of Act, & General Terms and
conditions of supply.
POTU PRATHAP REDDY further undertake to comply with all the
requirement of electricity Act. 2003, the rules and regulations as framed
there under, provisions of the tariff scale of miscellaneous and General
charges and General terms and conditions of supply prescribed by the
company with approval of the Telangana State electricity regulatory
commission herein after called as commission from time to time and agree
not to dispute the same.
5. Date of coming into force of the agreement.
POTU PRATHAP REDDY shall take electrical energy from the company
under the condition of this Agreement, for the maximum demand 70. KVA,
January 2025 the provisions of this agreement shall be deemed to come
into force.
6. PERIOD OF AGREEMENT
POTU PRATHAP REDDY undertake to avail supply for a minimum period
of 2 years from the date of agreement coming into force.
7. Determination of the Agreement.
POTU PRATHAP REDDY shall be at liberty to determine the agreement by
giving in writing three months notice expressing such intention at any the
time after the period of two years. If for any reason choose the three
months notice period to determine/terminate the agreement before expiry
of the minimum two years period of the agreement, the
duration/termination will be done with effect from the date of expiry of the
three months notice period or expiry of the initial two years period of
whichever is later that the company may Terminate this agreement at any
time giving three months, it violates the terms of this agreement or general
terms and condition of supply notified by the company with the approval of
the commission from time to time or the provision of any law touching this
agreement including electricity act 2003, the rules and regulations framed
there under, this agreement shall remain in force until it is terminated as
above indicated. In computing the period of two years referred to the above
period or periods for which the annual minimum guarantee has or have
been waived OR reduced shall be excluded
8. Obligation of consumer to pay all charges levied by company.
From the date of this agreement comes into force shall be bound by and
shall pay the company maximum demand charges; energy charges,
surcharges, meter resets and other charges, if any in accordance with the
tariff applicable and the general terms and conditions of supply prescribed
by the company from the time to time for the particular class of the
consumers to which.
9. CORPORATION's right to vary terms and agreement
POTU PRATHAP REDDY agree that the company shall have the unilateral
right to vary, from the time to time tariffs scale of general and
miscellaneous charges and the general terms and condition of supply
under this agreement by special or general proceedings, in particular, the
company shall have right to enhance the rates chargeable for supply or
electricity according to exigencies.
10. Monthly Min. charges.
POTU PRATHAP REDDY college shall pay minimum charges ever month as
prescribed in tariff, and the general terms and conditions of supply even if
no electricity is consumed for any reason what so ever and also if charges
for electricity actually consumed are less that minimum charges. The
minimum charges shall also be payable by even if electricity is not
consumed because supply has been disconnected by the company because
of nonpayment of electricity, theft of electricity or unauthorized use of
electricity or for any other valid reasons.
11. SPECIAL ANNUAL MINIMUM GUARANTEE:
In consideration of company making arrangements for supplying electrical
energy to me/us I/we agree with effect from the date of commencement of
this agreement for the period of two years to guarantee minimum payment
of (Rupee............................................................ only) every year towards
demand and energy only exclusive of payment towards surcharge or other
payments by whatever name they may be called, if, the amounts actually
paid towards demand energy charges during any year fall Shot of the
guaranteed minimum, the amount of difficult shall be deemed to be an
arrears of electricity charges and recovered accordingly.
12. POTU PRATHAP REDDY hereby agree that if found including in theft
of electricity or Unauthorized use of electricity in respect of use of electrical
energy, shall pay additional charges as may be levied by company, also
agree that in such an event the company shall in addition to levy of the
additional charges have right to disconnect supply of electricity to premises
for such period as may be decided by the company.
13. POTU PRATHAP REDDY requested company to provided the meter for
measuring the electricity supplied to and the company has agreed for the
same. Accordingly agree to pay the monthly meter resets, as may be fixed
the commission from time to time.
