AGREEMENT FOR ITERN
This agreement has been entered into on17th day of January 2025, Friday between Mr.
………………………………… s/o……………………... aged about
R/O……………………………………… (Herein after referred as internship candidate) and M/S YOGI
JI Ji DIGI Private limited , having its registered office at plot no 148 , sector 58 , Faridabad
and works at Nagla Bhikkhu Palwal Haryana ( Herein after referred as company) for an
unpaid internship program .
Whereas the intern is willing to participate in the unpaid internship program in the
field…………………… and commit to abide all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Whereas the company agrees to provide the intern with practical work experience and training
to update and upgrade his skill and knowledge in field of ……………………… on the request of
intern .
Now, therefore, in consideration of mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the
parties agrees as follows.
1 The internship Period: The intern ship program shall be for …... months commencing from
…………... and shall come to end on ………
2 INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern shall,
Follow the company rules, regulations and policies.
Adhere to the company working hours and schedule.
Would not loiter in areas not designated for the intern’s work.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of company’s preoperatory information.
3 UNPAID INTERNSHIPS: The intern acknowledges that this is an unpaid internship and shall
not be entitled to any wages, salary, or benefits like other employees.
4 LIABILITY: The company shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, partial disablement,
total disablement or death that may occur during the internship period.
The intern shall hold harmless the company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from
any claim, demands of causes of action arising out of or related to the internship program.
5Intellectual Property: The intern assigns to company all intellectual property rights in any
work created during the internship period.
6 INTERN, S INDEMIFICATION:
The intern shall indemnify and hold harmless the company against any loss, damages or
destruction of company property, including but not limited to gadgets, tools, equipment, due
to his negligence or misconduct.
7 RETURN OF PROPERTY: Upon cession of internship program the intern shall return all
company property, including but not limited to gadgets, books ,,tools or equipment in good
conditions .
8 EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES.
The company shall make all necessary arrangements for intern, s training and shall depute
efficient and competent person to train the intern free of cost and intern shall not be asked to
do any work beyond to his specific field .
9 TERMINATION: Either party to this agreement may terminate this agreement upon 15days
written notice to the other party.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Haryana
state.
10 STATUTORY PROVISIONS.
The provisions of Industrial disputes Act 1947, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act,
Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act 1936 , Payment of Bonus Act , Employee
compensation Act 1923 , ESI Act 1948 , Employee provident fund and miscellaneous
provisions Act 1952 and of other legislations applicable to factory shall not apply to you .
11 ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
parties and supersedes all prior agreements/understanding if any.
Now by signing below the parties to the agreement acknowledges that they have read,
understood, the terms and conditions of the agreement and agree to adhere them strictly.
