COURSE OBJECTIVE:
The primary goal of this course is to ensure that students develop a solid, practical understanding
of the Rules of Evidence and the pertinent special evidence laws. To truly grasp these rules, it’s
essential to explore the policies behind them, as well as the underlying rationale and the issues
they address. The course is structured to demonstrate how these rules operate in real-world
litigation, providing a firsthand sense of their impact and application.
