Rules & Regulation
1. Need permission to bring materials and machinery at work
place without giving any extra charges to the authority .
2. Client will provide place to dump rubbish cleaning and
dumping with there own way.
3. Any work out of the contract will be charged extra.
4. Site will be properly cleaned after completion of total job as
per contract.
5. Client will pay for any kind of extra fitting like decorative
items,clips, flower stand or pots,hanger,cotton stand,bathrooms
fittings or anything apart from job work as per contract.
6.After finishing all work left over materials will be take out by
the contractor in his own expense.
Payment terms
This standard terms and condition is in between
(AKBAR ALI ANSARI & ANU SOMANI).
Contractor and Customer here by agrees as follow
Time frame 5 months + 15 days grace from the date of this Agreement
as per contract.
PAYMENTS SHEDULE
1):- 45% upfront.
2):- 45% before the second phase start.
3):- 10% after finishing all interior works as per contract.
