Dear Mr Malawi

RESIGNATION FROM SRC PRESIDENT POSITION

I hope that this letter finds you good.It was a great journey and a beautiful adventure
working with you and making sure our school continues being the best one in town.Working
as president for our school has been nothing but amazing but unfortunately I have to resign
from my position due to my studies being affected by it.My grades are lower than usual and I
failed one subject due to the stress caused by the ongoing strike.

I made sure to follow the terms and conditions on the contract by giving in a 2 weeks notice
before the final date of my resignation which is on the 03rd of August 2025 on Thursday
