Data Job Rotation
Below is a formal and comprehensive interpretation of the descriptive statistics. The
Following tables presented Descriptive Statistics.
Starting from our dependent variable which is Employee Performance, indicates that the
Mean is 37.8 average performance level. The standard Deviation is 36.44 which indicates
very high variation in performance levels. The Range is 9 (min) to 98 (max) which indicates
a wide disparity in employee performance. Performance scores vary considerably among
employees, suggesting different productivity or effectiveness levels. Given the small sample
size (n = 5), this variation may be strongly influenced by outliers.
The Job Rotation indicates and its Mean: 61.0 is moderately high average job rotation
frequency/score. the Standard Deviation: 60.60 is large variation across respondents and the
Range is 10 to 164 indicates some employees have very limited, others very frequent job
rotation. Finally, there is inconsistency in how often employees experience job rotation,
possibly due to differing job types, departments, or company policies. The Skill Development
indicates Employees differ substantially in their exposure to or participation in skill
development programs.
The Task Variety is uneven, likely due to differing job roles or responsibilities. The
Motivation’s Mean is 50.6 which indicates moderate motivation level and the Standard
Deviation is 47.56 which shows that very high variability and Range is 13 to 128 which
demonstrations substantial spread in motivation levels. Therefore, Motivation varies widely
across the sample. Organizational or personal factors may contribute to this. Moreover,
Reduction of Job Burnout is low average score, possibly indicating insufficient burnout
management practices, some employees have minimal burnout reduction support, others
much more. Measures to reduce job burnout are unevenly distributed or perceived, which
may influence employee well-being and performance.

Correlations with Employee Performance
Motivation (0.9988): Extremely strong positive correlation indicates that higher motivation is
almost perfectly associated with better performance. Task Variety (0.9955): Very strong
positive relationship. Skill Development (0.9936) and Job Rotation (0.9924): Also, very
strongly positively correlated. Reduction of Job Burnout (0.9859): Slightly lower but still
extremely high positive correlation. All variables are very strongly and positively associated
with employee performance. This suggests that any one of these predictors can individually
explain much of the variation in performance. But it also raises concern about
multicollinearity. These extremely high inter-correlations among the independent variables
signal severe multicollinearity. This inflates standard errors and makes it difficult to isolate
the individual impact of each IV in regression analysis.
