FEE NOTICE FOR WINTER SEMESTER 2025

This is to inform to all the students of BA(H), BA, B.Voc, MA and PhD that the Winter
Semester 2025 fee cycle is active from 1st July 2025 to 15th July 2025 without late fee. The
totalfee to be paid and deadlines to pay the fees may be referred to as below:

The students may please note the above deadlines and pay the fee timely to avoid late fee
charges and de-enrollment.

In case,the student is de-enrolled, the following may be referred to:

**Re-enrollment Procedure: As approved in 6h meeting of the Academic Council held on
24th June 2014
(a) If astudent wishes to be considered for re-enrollment again, he/she willsubmit an appeal for
re-enrollment mentioning the reason for non-payment of fees to the Dean of the School
Concerned.
(b) Dean of the School, after examining the appeal in consultation with the Programme
Coordinator, may send his/her observation with a clear statement whether he/she is
recommending the Student's re-enrollmentto the Dean, Student Services. If re-enrollment is
being recommended, the Dean will certify that the student has attended classes and
participated in assessment situations satisfactorily during the semester in question.
(c) The student will be re-enrolled after paying a penalty of 25% of the total fee (excluding
Caution Deposit, Alumni Registration Fee, Graduation Fee, Extra Mural Fund, Industry
Interface Fee, Course Material Fee, Programme Enrichment Fee, Dissertation Fee etc. in
Under Graduate, Post Graduate Programmes and PhD Programme's, wherever applicable)
in addition to outstanding fee to be paid.
(d) If the student fails to submit the application for re-enrollment as per above procedure and
Semester and the student has to repeat the
deadline the semester will be treated as Zero
entire semester.

Information of the admission in
1. Fee for foreign students (as per quidelines in the Bulletin of
which admitted). Foreign students are advised to contact International Affairs Division (AD) for
assistance.
2. Payment through Online mode only: - Log in to your ERP/ Samarth portal and click on fee pay
option and follow the instructions.
3. Fee to be paid by student as per approved fee for the academic year in which student is
enrolled. Repeater topay the fee as per fee structure of the year in which admitted.
4. Student who have opted extra courses, have to
pay
For UG (BA, BBA, BBA-IEV, BVoc and BABed etc.) - Rs. 1500/- per credit
For PG (MA, MBA, MBA-IEV and MVoc etc.) -Rs. 2500/-
For PhD (Phd and PhD Management etc.) Rs. 3000/- perper credit

5. If the fee on your portal is inappropriatel not correct as per your batch fees, you
are requesTed
to kindly inform the Student Services Division on or before last date (without penalty) i.e.
