BACKGROUND/RATIONALE: Students from Aroroy Municipal College, high price of printing


services in some printing shops in Aroroy because of, the AMC-College Student Council agreed during a
meeting that the best project would be to propose having a printer in the CSC office. The significance of
this project is to help students benefit from quality and affordable printing services.

PROCESS:
 The Business Managers, John David Sese and Juana Paula Bello, went to Masbate City and
around Aroroy to find the most affordable Epson L3210 printer
 They presented their findings to the CSC Adviser and CSC officers, and the organization agreed
on the said amount.
 The business managers, made their proposal and wait for the process to approve.

FEASIBILITY STUDY: The challenges that could be faced in putting the printer are an adequate supply
of inks and bond papers. There is also a possibility that it could be damaged, and the students are not able
to use it. To eliminate these problems, we need to monitor the supply of the inks and the bond papers and
maintain the condition of the printer.
