Amazon Refund Method

To request a refund for an order marked as delivered but not received, go to customer service and confirm the product is correct. You will be informed whether the refund is issued immediately or if further contact via email is needed. Note that using the same card on multiple accounts does not affect orders associated with different names or addresses.

Your account must have orders before and you have not requested a refund.

If it is a new account
without orders, ask for 2 things first.

Go to customer service and select the order, say that it was marked as delivered, but it is not.

They will tell you that if it is the correct product, you check and say yes.

They tell you to wait, and in a few moments they tell you if the refund is issued at once or if you
they contact by email

If they contact you, fill out what they ask for and wait for a reimbursement confirmation email.

NOTES:

An order for an address or the same address with an old account and a different name
It does not affect using the same card on multiple accounts.
