Story Writing Worksheet for Adult Beginners

� Objective: To help adult beginners write a simple and clear story in English using step-by-
step guidance and examples.

PART 1: THINK ABOUT YOUR STORY


Let’s�start�by�thinking�about�the�story�you�want�to�write. Answer these simple questions.

1. Who is the main character in your story?


(Example: A young boy named Raj)

(Example: In a small village or in a big city)

BEGINNING – Who, Where, When

Raj was a 10-year-old boy. He lived in a small village. One morning, he got ready to go to
