RATIONALE:

What are the mandates of legal (RA, Order, or Memo) basis of the activity?

According to the Department of Education of the Philippines in this memo DO_s2003_73 the purpose and structure of the Student Technologists and Entrepreneurs of

the Philippines (STEP) program. STEP aims to enhance the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) component of the basic education curriculum by providing skills

training and competitions for students. The memo details the organization of STEP at school, division, regional, and national levels, including its membership, awards, and

management committees. It also outlines the procedures for electing officers, handling finances, and amending the organization's constitution and by-laws.

Therefore, Ibabang Talim Integrated High School particularly the Senior High School Students will be conducting an Entrepreneurial/Academic Activity that will

enhance and improve their capabilities of being a successful individual of the community.

Why this activity needs to be conducted? What are the situations, problems, issues you wanted to resolve?

This activity will provide senior high school students with valuable experience, exposing them to learning opportunities that extend beyond the traditional classroom

setting. By participating, they will gain practical knowledge and skills that can be directly applied to their daily lives, fostering a deeper understanding of real-world

applications and enhancing their overall development.
