Purpose of this Assignment
To assess the learner understanding in developing knowledge and skills in the use of email
clients. And understand the functionality of email clients and develop the skills to customise
settings, organise and manage emails, calendars and contacts.
Task 1: Compose and Format E-mail Messages
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Use the ribbon to create a new email message.
3. Set the Subject line to Quotations for a news article.
4. Set the To line to hasan@[Link]
5. Edit the body of the message to include the following text:
Hi,
I've received an inquiry from a local journalist who is interested in
writing an
article about our no-till planting initiative. Can you provide a short
quotation
about the long-term impact it will have on the farm?
