As a future teacher, I will choose Learning Environment 1, because in face-to-face class I have an opportunity to meet my students
and teach them in person. I want them to enjoy and experience them how great to become a student that experience the real classroom
together with their classmates. In terms of teaching, In face-to-face settings the students will be more focus and interested in the
lessons and discussion unlike in the online class that sometimes not all students focusing in the class discussion and doing something
else. Additionally, in face-to-face class I can surely see their own ability and potential in the class.
a. The teacher should design a conducive learning environment for the students so that the students feel
motivated to learn within the boundaries and expectations of a safe classroom. By modeling and encouraging
a safe environment and purposeful rules, students feel motivated to do the right thing and help one another.

their teacher and classmates personally.

My Conducive Learning Environment
By: Rodelyn P. Salcedo
As a future educator, I should know how to design a conducive learning environment. So,
before that, let us define what conducive learning environment means. According to IGI-
dictionary it is a place where teachers and students can freely exchange ideas, insights,
and abilities in order to meet the desired educational objectives while taking into
account the physical, psychological, social, and cultural needs of each student.
According to the definition, I should provide a learning environment that the students can
express themselves freely and learns comfortably. It is a place where the students
can call “home”, a place that gives them a secure and safety environment.
I will provide a learning environment that the students will surely motivated to study.
First, I will design a classroom, arrange the tables and chairs, paint with a light color so that it
looks clean and neat. Putting a lights and electric fan so that they will feel comfortable.
Second, I will design a learning corners/areas where the students can use it if they
wanted to have peaceful learnings or want to study. In terms of instruction, I will provide a
learning material in order to understand my lesson easily or use an audio-visual material for a
better experience or better understanding. Then, I will ensure that all my students meet
their learning needs and provide the best education that they deserve. Giving a positive
learning environment make them more motivated in class and treat them fairly that no one
are left behind. I also make ensure that my students are getting along to each other, giving
them a group tasks or activities makes them closer to each other. They will interact, engage
and collaborate to each other’s and helping each other.
A classroom that promotes meaningful learning experiences, encourages higher levels of
student performance, and motivates students to practice higher-level critical thinking
skill. It also provides learners with the freedom of interaction, safety and respect when
learning new skills.
