Sir,
This is to bring to your notice,once again, that despite the issuance of the first reminder,
from RM,PRO andduly communicated to your end directing you to complete the work of shifting
bare HT/LT overhead lines from Government Establishments and Public Places by 30.06.2025
and submit the completion report., but no such report has been received till date.
It was also clearly mentioned in the first reminder that in case there is no such work
pending in your division, a NIL report must be submitted within the stipulated time. However,
your continued silence and failure to comply with this directive is a matter of serious concern.
This letter serves as the sccond and final reminder. You are hereby instructed to submit
the completion report (or NIL report, if applicable) within 7 (seven) days from the date of this
letter. This is urgently required so that the undersigned may submit the consolidated report to the
higher authority without further delay. The report may be furnished as per below format:

E-office or receive No. if proposal is initiated

Let it be clearly understood that such negligence in complying with official instructions
especially when public safety is involved is unacceptable. The presence of un-shifted bare HT/LT
lines in sensitive public areas and government establishments poses a grave risk and may invite
unwanted and potentially fatal accidents. This level of disregard for public safety cannot and will
not be tolerated.
Treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and engure strict compliance within the
specified time framc.
