Dear Ma’am:

I am writing to respectfully request your approval to conduct a Physical


Education activity involving our students as part of their Life and Career
Skills subject. This initiative aligns with the learning competency: Exhibit
understanding of routines that promote physiological development, health,
personal development, and well-being.

The activity is intended to help students appreciate and apply health-related


fitness concepts through structured physical routines that enhance not only
their physical well-being, but also their discipline, sense of responsibility, and
overall personal growth.

In addition, we would like to request the use of the Tapinac Covered Court as
a temporary venue from July 29 – 31, 2025 for the students of Tapinac SHS.

Rest assured that all participating students will strictly follow safety protocols
and will be guided by the subject teacher while on the premises of the
barangay court during their activity.

Attached herewith is the schedule of classes that will be held inside the
covered court.

We hope for your kind consideration and favorable approval of this request.
