This pattern uses US terminology. It‘s
crocheted in continuous rounds, so do not slst
and chain at the end of each round.
Abbreviations:
MR = Magic Ring
FO = Fasten Off
sc = single crochet
inc = two sc in one stitch
slst = slip stitch
ch = chain
third loop = extra loop behind the usual front and back
loop.
unworked stitch = stitch that hasn‘t been crocheted in.
Materials:
worsted weight (size 4) yarn in colors
and i
crochet hook size to match yarn size
black felt + glue
darning needle + scissors + stitch markers
stuffing Legs (make 2):
1) sc 6 in MR (6)
2) Inc x 6 (12)
3) (se, inc) x 6 (18)
4-9) sc around (18)
slst, FO, leaving long yarn tail for sewing.
Make a second leg but DO NOT slst and FO.
10) Keeping the yarn from the second leg attached to
the hook, sc into any stitch on the first leg (This
counts as the first stitch of round 10, and you can
place your stitch marker in). Make 17 more sc around
this first leg. (18 total) Make a sc into the first
unworked stitch on the second leg. Make 17 more sc
around this second leg. (18 total) Using the tail from
the fastened off leg, sew the gap between the legs

and tie a knot at the back to secure it. leave
the rest of the tail for sewing. Leg icing (make 2):
begin with ach 24
1) sc into the first ch, creating a loop. se

slst into the first stitch, FO, leaving a
long tail for sewing.
Arm icing (make 2):
beging with a ch 16
1) sc into the first ch, creating a loop.

long tail for sewing.
4 Assembly 1/2:
sew the leg icing between
rounds 5-6 of the legs.
sew the arm icing between
rounds 4-5 of the arms.
NOTE: | like using the
third loop to sew the

sew the red button between
rounds 12-13 of the body.
sew the button between
rounds 16-17 of the body.
sew the bowtie to round 22 of the
body. Make sure it’s centered! Assembly 2/2:
cut out the following shapes
shown on the image to the
right.
glue the eyes between
rounds 28-29, about 5
stitches apart.
glue the mouth between the
eyes.
