Adanac Digital is a sole propritership business owned by Mr. Prabhu Deo
Prasad. We are located at Unit # 225, Linkway Estate, Link Road, Malad West,
Mumbai - 400064. We have branches in New Delhi and Noida.
Adanac Digital came into being on 22nd Sept. 2014. They are Apple Authorized
Reseller and Service Provider, serving both Professional and Home users. As
Apple resellers we carry the complete range of Apple products - laptops,
desktops, iPods, iPhones and Apple accessories and software. As Authorized
Service providers they take care of your Macs while in Apple warranty, under
Annual Maintenance Contracts for out of warranty products, Networking and
office automation services and more.
Adanac Digital started as a consumer retailer initially and moved to be an
Apple specialist, providing professional solutions and catering to the needs of
Graphic Design studios, Post Production houses, Print and Publishing media,
Institutional and corporate buyers, etc. They also offer solutions for mixed use
Mac and PC (Windows) environment and market a number of complementary
hardware and software solutions that makes your computing experience
seamless. We also specialize in Server, NAS and SAN solutions.

Apple Authorized Service Provider
Under Apple Warranty service policy
1. All Apple hardware comes with one year limited warranty and up to
90 days of complimentary telephone support. This warranty includes
coverage for hardware, Mac OS X and Apple applications.
2. Apple warranty can be extended to two more years by purchasing the
AppleCare Protection Plan (APP). This will cover the Apple hardware
and Mac OS. *Consumable like battery is not covered by APP.
3. The desktop computers have onsite service and laptops and accessories
come with carry in warranty.
4. Under certain circumstances the client might have to send the desktop
models to the service center.
5. Apple or its service agents are not responsible for the client’s data.
Service for Out of warranty products
• For out of warranty products, the service and spares is chargeable. If
spares are needed, the customer is informed about the cost, and if he
agrees the order is placed with Apple India and the service is completed
with genuine spares.
Warranty and Service of non-Apple products
• Our service team takes care of the warranty and repair on the products
for which we are dealers.
• They also provide standby equipment, if required, while servicing and
repair is being done.
Annual Maintenance Contract
• They also undertake Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of our clients’
machines. Under the AMC, we take care of the machines, which are out of
warranty. Theyoffer Service Only - AMC and Compressive – AMC.
• Under the Service Only contract, technical support is provided for a year
for a annual fee. Service calls are not billed, but if spares and part
replacement is chargeable. The Compressive Plan on the other hand takes
care of both the service and spares for a year for an annual fee.
Rental Service
Adanac Digital also provides equipment on rent. The minimum period
should be at least one month. We provide all Mac equipment and backup
solution (Promise &Drobo RAID solutions) on rental basis. The rental fee
has to be paid in advance and a security deposit of at least 40% of the
value of the equipment is to be made. The security deposit is refunded at
the end of the rental period.

Adanac Digital also specializes in storage solution, power back up solutions and
Print Media Solutions.
Storage
They have back up solutions for all kinds of need of the customer. They
sell desktop back up options from LaCie, Seagate, Western Digital,
iOmega, etc. Network storage solutions (NAS), for small and large office
from Promise, Drobo, Sonnet. NAS and SAN based backup solution is also
provided where needed.
They take care of the complete installation process from planning stage
to the actual implementation of the solution. Where needed, They also
provide service personnel to manage and maintain the network solution.
Audio Video solution
They also provide all types of electronics media solutions for
Broadcast RF Audio video, Production control room, Master control
room, News room automation, internet lease line, Outdoor Broadcast
solutions, Lease agreement, Equipment Rental,Edit solutions, Graphic
Systems, Storage solutions.
Power Solution
They have back up solution for all kinds of work environments. Backup
solutions are available for a single machine, small office and for large
office or department, where hundreds of equipment requires
uninterrupted power supply.They do the power audit and suggest the
solution based on the clients’ requirement.They provide power solutions
from APC and Libert.
